Tatsumi heard a honk from the street and almost immediately it seemed as if his senses expanded as time slowed to a crawl. He could sense hay blowing past Chun-Li's face and hair as she turned towards the sound before his eyes narrowed unconsciously as he saw the red convertible before the odd effect faded away from his mind. "Seems we may have a ride," he said idly.

Tatsumi cocked his head. "Simple. Mad Gear, while they're deemed as a terrorist organization, truly have only probably no more than two dozen truly dangerous fighters like Chun-Li or Ken... including some of their elites. Some I've actually encountered myself in the past, but the danger with them isn't their dangerous fighters, but the numbers of people they've recruited in Aohura City. Average people like bakers, cooks, messenger boys, ecetera... but with minimal training and militaristic weapons that they won't know what to do with unlike those such as Abigail, Damnd, or Andore Jr., though I'm pretty sure the last relies more on muscle than weapons," he said wryly. "I've encountered most of their 'lower' minions.... which actually aren't that tough to take down," he said with a shrug.

Tatsumi cocked his head thoughtfully. "Not really... though they can get out of hand," he said as he showed her the picture message he'd gotten before. Daigo Kazama had shoulder length spiky reddish brown hair, though at the moment it was somewhat held back by the bandage over his temples and forehead. The entire right side of his face was black and blue while it was obvious his jaw was broken. "Karin sent that to me, and I'm going over there to prevent this from happening to anyone else," he said quietly.
