❥ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ: With permanently dyed aquamarine hair that flows from his head to his neck, and rather mellow eyes; is often considered to be a rather meek fellow, not too over bearing, and simply kind overall. Standing with the height of 5' 10, with a rather decent build physically, weighing about 175lbs.

He like most humans his age has no particular preference attire wise, though is only to be seen with clothes that have at least a hint of blue, and regardless temperature wise, always wears a blue scarf around his neck.

❥ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ: Tetsuya is what you may call a rather homely fellow. He is not one to really strike a conversation with, but is willing to do so if an interesting conversation is placed before him. A tad bit shy towards others, but is glad to help with passion regardless to the other person's personality, but will not do anything beyond his own capability, or understanding. Tetsuya is often found in places where the least amount of sound is present, as he adores the light, and serenity of nature no matter the weather, all except thunder that is. He does not enjoy violence, nor does he support the idea, however self defense in his opinion is vital in the world that he lived through.

❥ｃｈａｒａｃｔｅｒ ｆｌａｗｓ:
✖ Meek~ Evidencing little spirit or courage; overly submissive or compliant; humble in spirit or manner; suggesting retiring mildness or even cowed submissiveness.
✖ Gynophobia~ They have a severe form of fear when it comes to women.
✖ Soft-hearted~ Having softness or tenderness of heart that can lead them into trouble; susceptible of pity or other kindly affection. They cannot resist helping someone they see in trouble, suffering or in need, and often don't think of the repercussions or situation before doing so.
✖ Obstinate~ Will never give up in an argument, or challenge regardless of its difficulty.
✖ Gullible~ Will easily accept any lies as fact, and is fired due to his gullible nature.

❥element:Air

❥ａｂｉｌｉｔｙ: ~Updraft - ability create strong updrafts of wind within in a 2-3 foot radius. updrafts can lift user into the air, causing "flight." Flight is sustainable for longer periods, but is is a little difficult to control direction as the caster is being "blown" into the air rather than defying gravity.

~Wind blade - able to create sharp blades of wind that can be sent short distances of 4-5 feet. Capable of inflicting minor cuts and lacerations. Not capable of cutting metal objects or stone, but can damage softer materials

~Tail Wind - User is able to wrap legs in wind, adding a speed boost to body movements. User can move about twice their normal speed for short bursts of time (a few minutes at most)

~Whispering wind - User can send a message or sound on the wind to a designated spot. The whispering wind travels to a specific location within range that is familiar to the user, provided that it can find a way to the location. When it reaches the location, it delivers its whisper-quiet message and dissipates.

~Speed Boom - basically an amplified version of tail wind, this ability increases physical speed by about four times and can be used for short bursts of high velocity movement. Wind friction against the body, however, can cause mild wind burns to exposed skin.

❥ｔａｌｅｎｔｓ:
◎ Cooking ~ If you were to grade even a simply dish like fried eggs and bacon, you would still give him an A++ in ranking.
◎ Reading ~ Both memory and reading pace is at such a monstrous pace that it makes it almost seem like he was born to accomplish reading every book in the world.
◎ Swordplay ~ Displays a fine use of any type of bladed weaponry.

❥ｂｉｏ:Tetsuya was born in a rather normal household in the northern tip of Hokkaido, in a small town not even located in any modern map. Cared for by his parents for the first few years of his life before their death in a snowstorm. His father was a rather well known individual and had once even held position in one of japan's largest companies, however upon marrying his mother gave up his job to live with her. His mother however was not as well known as his father was, however was a renowned beauty in the district, and by chance had met Tetsuya's father while he was on a paid vacation to Hokkaido. There the two had raised a home, and soon after gave birth to the small, yet loving Tetsuya. Though even though they had died when he was but a young child, he could not help but still feel content for the years that they had taken care for him, even despite his grieving for them. At the tender age of 4 had wandered the wilderness during that snowstorm that had taken his parents' lives and upon returning home, was taken in and raised up by his grandparents. They of whom simply happened to take care for the villages only inn. Raised by them, he had learned manners, and had developed many other home-care skills in which had quickly helped him gain fame for his ability to memorize, and apply the facts and information into actions. It was because of this, and his highly developed reading skill, he was sent off to the big city of Okinawa in hopes to gain better education, live a better life, and to someday come back home as a famous person for his kind deeds.
He was only 8 years of age when he was sent away from home, to another inn in which he had found refuge for a couple year, and attended school in a rather normal fashion. Well as normal as it was back home. As he was treated similarly by the others his age due to his rather shy, meek, though passionate nature in which he had inherited from his deceased parents.
Years of constant wandering, and moving around within district to district,eventually found himself in the large city of Tokyo. There had worked to pay for his own rent, tuition for school, and all other such needs for him to simply survive. It was a harsh place he was tossed into, but he quickly adapted to his new home, and had eventually got used to the harsh bullying from both sexes in his class. Skipping ahead years later however, he had somehow managed to live through the hell known as high school, and even managed to pass university with flying colors, holding a degree to become whatever he so desired.
Yet even with this so, no one seemed to want to hire the young individual due to his rather meek nature, and in the end had somehow ended up in front of Tatakaru Academy.

❥ｌｉｋｅｓ:
✔ Peace~ Wouldn't you just love the idea of a peaceful life?
✔ Cats~ There is no need to explain why, its just cause there so damn cute. ^-^
✔ Helping~ A feeling of accomplishment is one thing, but the feeling of helping that person accomplish something is another.
✔ Reading~ A good story, or 25 is good for a day don't you agree?
✔ Poetry~ The beauty of it simply captivates my very soul. "To be or not to be that is the question."

❥ｄｉｓｌｉｋｅｓ:
✖ Fighting~ Would rather avoid doing something so reckless.
✖ Rude people~ I don't think anyone really likes these kinds of people... Well at least not me.
✖ Video Games~ Rots my brain, and upon finishing one still don't really find any joy in playing it.
✖ Movies~ Distraction, waste of time, and simply a rip off of a story I just read.
✖ Fast food~ No real effort is but in the food, it simply tastes like a machine made meal... T~T

Hey...I noticed you fixed the powers but before I approve, I have just a couple more questions:

1. How does a Human have "natural aquamarine" hair? ^_^;; That's not a natural hair color except in anime.

2. His flaws. I'm not sure how not hurting children and liking cats are flaws? Like...think about it this way: Let's say you and I met in real life and I was like "Oh man...I just love cats! I wish I could take them all home with me!" or "Man, I could never harm a child!" would you be thinking "OMG what a horrible person!! D="

Probably not. Reason being--those are not flaws in the slightest. In fact, not hurting children is a good thing. I think that if you hurt a child in real life on the grounds that it was "evil", it would still be considered a bad thing. So the fact that he doesn't hurt children--even when they're evil--is really kind of...well...normal. The nervous around women is really pushing it but I'll let you have that one. The other two I mentioned, though, are not flaws. There is a flaws list in the resources forum, I believe, if you need help coming up with believable flaws. Sorry to nitpick on this but this is to avoid people putting "ideal" characters into the RP and ensure everyone is on an equal playing field. Know what I mean?

3. In his extra information, you say he has two personalities---does he really have DID or are you just implying that he has two different sides to his personality?
