not getting a reply, James shook his head, only to smirks he heard some yelling. Following the voices, he soon found himself in the same room as Juan. And a cute new guy. "i might be able to help you... Unless, your boundaries have changed since we last discussed business, Juan?" He drawled, lighting yet another cigarete. Yup, he really was insane for doing this. Head of a rival gang coming to talk business without any back up? Can you say death wish? But he had to. This was all for Riley. He had to keep going and stay strong.

"James," he gasped, turning his head and covering his face. Alair couldn't be recognized! What if...what if he was exposed? What if James told Juan who Alair really was? What if he told the school, that Alair Sinc was really Aliana Sinclair?

Luckily, she was interrupted by a blonde whirlwind, who stood in front of Fortunado, tears running down his face. "Fortunado! There you are, you big jerk! You never came to get me at the airport, you left me to fend for myself all year, and you NEVER come home and your mom keeps calling my mom who calls me and yells about where you are and why you aren't home and why you aren't taking care of me, your favorite cousin, and that my dad would be so disappointed in you and in me for not keeping tabs on you and how my grades are slipping and how I need to focus and it's all so much pressure and I CAN'T HANDLE PRESSURE!!!" By now, the princess' Aussie cousin was on his knees, gasping for air and crying hysterically. "What kind of family member are you, Fortunado?! It's bad enough what you did to that poor Sinclair girl with that hussy!"

Juan clenched his jaw and felt his free hand unsheathe his dagger, ready to strike the prissy pink boy for daring to address his property. Fortunately for the prissy kid, James pulled him out of range. The Mexican watched with faint amusement at the comfort shown. His amusement only deepened when he noticed the guppy's sudden fretful act, and after a few silent minutes he found himself grinning ear-to-ear. "You know what? I'm tired. You tired, Princess?" Fortunado didn't respond, not even looking at his cousin, so Juan took it as a 'yes' and helped lift him up to his feet. "I'll walk you home." He glanced at his men. "You guys show our guests the door, will ya?" Without giving any of the three a glance, he walked off with Fortunado, who never once lifted his empty gaze from the ground.

picking up the smaller boy and carrying him outside without any say for the guys inside, he gently set Riley on the seat of his bike and sighed. "Just ignore them, okay?" He murmured, smiling. "Sorry I left like that.... Jail's a real b*tch. And so's that sleaze, Juan" he murmured, hugging the boy again. He barely even acknowledged what NewFace had said to him, not that he'd listen. He was planning to spend his whole day with Riley to make sure he was okay.

"i missed you too, Riley." he sighed softly, the smoke from his cigarette hitting the smaller boy in the face. "and... i'm sorry about your cousin." he murmured, closing his eyes. "i'll do my best to help you and him, but i don't know if there's much i can do...."

"sounds good to me" he smiled, picking up his helmet and handing it to Riley. "Where to?" He smiled.

It was the last day of school. Alair sighed as he shouldered his bag once more, watching the hordes of boys telling each other goodbye. He signed a couple of yearbooks, took a few pictures with the kids, and even kissed a couple people. With a sweet smile, he then walked off to lunch, ready to attempt to sit by himself again. Maybe that boy from his first day would try and sit with him again, but maybe not. Either way, it didn't matter.
Alain silently got his tray and walked out to sit beneath his lunch tree, starting to snack on his apple as he started reading the "assigned" summer reading for Advanced English.
