"Maybe we can check on Xiu and....." Mitsu immediately turned to Lafayette at the mention of cat stew. Strangely...Mitsu thought that sounded pretty good. But no no, that wasn't nice at all. Besides, Mr. Monty was a familiar not a normal cat.

"Lafayette, be nice," Mitsu said softly moving toward him to pick him up once again before the gator got the idea to try and attack Mr. Monty out of the blue. That and she wasn't certain Mr. Monty would taste very good. That sour look on his face made her question whether he would make sure he gave them all stomach problems or not.

Scratching the little alligator under the chin Mitsu smiled at him. "Perhaps I can get you a treat before we leave. Do you think Cameron would mind?"

Mitsu giggled again scratching the little gator behind the head. "Then a treat you will get. And Shun's not really grumpy once you get to know him." She leaned in close to the alligator as if sharing a secret, whispering softly. "I think its a front mostly. Don't be put off too much. He's actually really nice." Or at least she thought so but perhaps she was bias. He was her boilfriend after all.

"Do you want to get something to eat before we leave Shun?" Mitsu was already heading back in the direction of the spectators area. She knew they at least had drinks but they probably had snacks as well. If not Mitsu would be sure to get Lafayette some jerky or something before him and his reaper left to wait for the next trial to start.

Had Mitsu not been carrying him, he would've leapt at their heels like a hyperactive scaly squirrel. As it was, he was content to simply grin like a fool - a hungry fool who was promised a treat.
