Tahki's observation was met with a blank stare. Beat...?
"I...I think it's, um, m-more of a matching game..." Amrita trailed off, suddenly unsure. Either way she was looking around for another game to play, ready and willing to drag Tahki just about everywhere for fun. All of the games looked interesting, but there was one thing that caught her attention; namely, a very kind monster. A very kind monster that Tahki needed to meet, she decided. Because friends were awesome! Plus they were both birds of sorts, right? Well they both had wings.
That was good enough for her!
"Mmm...Actually! This way?" Her backwards hand slipped into Tahki's much paler one, eagerly leading the ghoul away from the games.

Tahkis brow raised. She wasn't sure what to make of Amritas observation about the game. Unless this was like golf and the lowest score won. Now you might be wondering why Tahki knows anything about golf and I will just not elaborate on it. Thats a story for another time. Tahki was so busy trying to figure out the logic behind such a game that she didn't notice when Amrita slid her hand over hers and pulled her off. There might have been a small surprised yip. "M-more games then?" She blinked and followed.

"Nope! Well, not right now---now is seeing friends!" Amrita informed Tahki in a matter-of-fact tone; she certainly wasn't the same ghoul who had run from the Gryphon when they first met, that was for sure.

Some sweets maybe? Edel turned the knob on the machine but after a series of cranking noises nothing came out. The ghoul stared at the candies inside dolefully. Was the machine broken?

The game of ghost hunter was going along pretty well. Pretty well indeed. Edel was most certainly enjoying the game until the moment that cupid gnome passed by.
The unpleasant distraction had sapped up too much of her attention (erasing the terrible image from her mind was proving to be an uphill task), and by the time the ghoul turned back to concentrate on the game it was already GAME OVER.

The gnome eyed Ulmuka's FEAR Compatibility with a squinted eye. "So...yeh like 'em tiny, eh?" He suddenly grinned and held a tiny hand up for a high five. "You got good taste, bro."

This time it was Ren who stepped up to the Bittersweets machine, smiling a little as he twisted the knob. The little candy fell out, and Ren peered at it, squinting a bit. A laugh escaped his throat, he popped the candy into his mouth, and moved onto the next game.

THESE TASTE LIKE CHALK BUT FREE CANDY IS FREE CANDY. Alex had wandered back over to the games as soon as his time was up at the table with Xiu. He had thought about signing up to go again, but first he wanted to find Yin and see how things had gone on his...speed date.
He became quickly distracted with a candy machine, however, and upon cranking the handle found himself holding a heart shaped candy with silly words written upon it.
Kiss a frog? He wrinkled up his nose in distaste, and dropped the candy in his pocket before moving on.

The next game had Ren lifting a brow in dry amusement.
"...whack a hunter, hmm..." he murmured, and lifted the little mallet, his tail flicking behind him as his wings pressed against his back. He wasn't very good at this sort of thing, but he figured it couldn't hurt to try...

And, last but not least (for Ren today, that was), came the large, throbbing Love Machine that claimed compatibility. He debated for a moment, hemmed and hawed a bit with amusement, then finally thought what the Jack? and decided to play anyway.

Savior saw a weird machine and it called to her, like a fun little machine. It had a joystick and moving little lights and so Savior, being Savior, wanted to try it. She watched someone else give it a go, punching and moving things, and then it was her turn.
Easily enough, she passed level one. On to level two~

And then Sparrow was back again, at the Bittersweets machine. He found he rather liked this one the best, giving the little candy a small sort of amused smile as he tucked it carefully into his pocket to show Wren later.

Savior was going to try again, this was a lot of fun! She clicked, turned, moved, poked, pulled, prodded!
And somehow or another she passed level two. Maybe she was like a savant at video games.

Level three, what would it be like?
Apparently it would be entirely too hard for her to beat, maybe because she got distracted or something, and Savior made a chirp of defeat as she totally lost on level three.
It'd been fun though, while it lasted? She did manage to get some points, that was fun! Passing two levels must have counted for something.

Staring at the Whack-A-Hunter game, Sparrow gave it a very stern look as he picked up the mallet, gritting his teeth in anticipation.
Then surreptitiously checked for any gnomes nearby.
He was going to beat it today. He was going to beat it today.
Fortunately for Sparrow, this round was much more successful than his previous, and he walked away quite satisfied with himself.
