To answer your question, no. Kumo does not have set teams, partly because there aren't enough members and partly because set teams get hit hard if someone is inactive.

To get started you may ask in the main POTS chatroom for a crew NPC teacher, or I can get you started with training once things get straightened out. If you want to start doing missions you can just "check the bulletin board" in the raikage's tower and complete any D or E rank mission from this list that you wish.
