Snyder continued off from where Suzanne left off, lifting his cheeks up and down to imitate smiles and frowns. Of course, he attempted to see if he could keep smiling if he simply left his cheeks in that matter by removing his hands. It... worked. Awkwardawkwardawkward Of course, his focus slipped when he heard Suzanne and her sibling's inability to make a meal.
"I can always cook for you two." Snyder offered, finally glad that he was able to find someone to devour the possible food he could make. Of course, when Sylth mentioned ovens, Snyder couldn't help a slight twitch in response to that. Ah, yes, fire was never to be taken lightly. Ever. The tiniest of sparks could mark him as insta-dead. "I'll be glad to help you, but I'm fine with cooking alone as well. I try to avoid ovens and sinks as much as possible, but if I must use them, I certainly do my best to be careful."

█ ██ ███ ███████████████████ It would be better if he didn't. If Suzanne gets attached to this kid, Sylth would have to share her attention. Back in the demon realm, no one cared for Suzanne since she was such a troublemaker and she was always alone. He was used to monopolizing her.
Patience. First they had to bring down this school before anything else. Yet Sylth had to wonder why Suzanne wasn't trying to make this kid distrustful of other creatures since that was pretty much their mission. Would Sylth have to remind her?
"Well, I wouldn't want to trouble you. Besides, you probably have friends that you could share your cooking with." ███████████████████ ███ ██ █ ___________________________________________________________________________________ He smiled! It was a little smile and it was a little awkward, but he smiled! It was while Suzanne was ranting about not being able to cook. When she realized he had smiled, Suzanne threw her hands up in the air. "You're learning, Snyder! This is the first time I've had a student learn something from me! I'm a genius, right Sylth?" Suzanne declared as she put her hands on her hips and lifted her chin a little. She apparently made a great professor.
"Of course I'm first priority! Since a teacher is ranked higher than a student. I'll be counting on you, Snyder! Oh, but it won't be for free! I'll keep teaching you and giving you great paper since you're the best pupil that I've ever had!" Suzanne declared. She didn't mention that Snyder was the only pupil she ever had though.

He had friends. They were back home, but they couldn't exactly enjoy his cooking. Here, Snyder wasn't all too sure whether or not Renivere, Kamil, or even Elisa counted since they never formally agreed to being his companion in the first place. After all, he shouldn't force on that title if it wasn't wanted.
"It's fine. My friends can't consume food ei-" He was cut off by Suzanne's proud boasting, and his attention drifted over to the confident librarian. ".... I suppose that makes you the best instructor I've ever had, Professor Malevolyte. I was never able to get these expressions down until I met you. Thank you." Snyder was most likely adding to Suzanne's already huge ego with his appreciation.
((...... Is it just me, or does that sound like a really weird confession of some sort? Darn you, Snyder! D:< What are you making me write!? ))

Hugs were foreign to Snyder, but they were somewhat nice if he thought more about the gesture than the awkward squishiness. Still, little papryan? Growing up? He didn't consider himself short, nor did he recall increasing his height either. It wasn't like Snyder could really ask and spoil Suzanne's fun, but then again, he just had to out of his curiosity.
"I wasn't aware that I was making myself taller, but if it makes you happy, I suppose I could continue?"
Suzanne was getting a very confused papyran right there, but as soon as Sylth mentioned of a paper shredder, that helped Snyder snap out of it. and made him even more wary of the dangers of the outside world He got the feeling that he wasn't exactly welcomed around here as he thought he'd be. After all, was there really a point to mentioning such a cruel device in front of him?

"You've got it all wrong, Snyder! What I mean by growing up is that your mind is growing. That's another way of saying that you're learning!" Suzanne explained.
Suzanne turned to Sylthfreiyn from his sudden question. He seemed to be in one of his moods. She wondered what could have triggered him to switch personalities. He was probably going to drop one of his dolls into the paper shredder. "There should be one in the teacher's lounge... I think? You can go check there." Suzanne suggested, oblivious to the fact that Snyder was made of paper and the paper shredder would actually be something that would scare him to nightmares. Sylthfreiyn left shortly after hearing her answer.
Suzanne turned back to Snyder. "Your lesson doesn't end here! To master your facial expressions, were going to perform mini plays, okay!? Um... let me think of a story that we could try... How about Cinderella? You could be Cinderalla, and I'll be the prince. Try making the face you would make when encountering a person that you want to make friends with!" Suzanne replied.

As thankful as he was for Suzanne's explanation of that figure of speech, Snyder was officially going to avoid the teacher's lounge like he would with fire. Not that he could enter in the first place, but still. Nope. Not. Going.
Anyway, Snyder had to look 'friendly,' so that meant he had to smile! Yes, of course, smiling was the best way to make an introduction. Briefly remembering what it took for his last smile, Snyder quirked his lips into a small reminiscence of that expression. "Like this?"

Well it was friendly, but it wasn't the way Cinderella would look at the prince when falling in love with him at first sight. Suzanne shook her head. "Well, you can smile, but you need to put deeper meaning behind the smile. Cinderella is meeting her prince for the first time! He's her first friend, you know? She's a lonely girl and everyone she knows is mean to her. So this is the first time she's found a friend. You understand emotions right? So you need to pick the right emotion and the right expression." Suzanne explained.
((It's okay. My posts are starting to get shorter too. xD And watch as after this lesson, when Snyder goes and meets a new friend, he'll be looking at them with love in his eyes. xD))

(( Bad Suzanne! What are you teaching Snyder, you sly demon? C: ))
So Snyder needed to piece together the right scenario and the emotions to go with it. Hm, that was difficult. Well, expression-wise, but other than that, he can picture it. There'd be a sense of timidity in making a new friend, but it'd be a subdued smile that was overflowing with joy from this encounter. Interesting.
What if he tried softening his look a little? Of course, how was he supposed to do that? He had to take one step at a time. Let's see, he had to smile of course, but it'd have to be small without teeth. He could manage that. Next up was the eyes. After all, the eyes are the windows to the soul as the saying goes, but then again, it was hard to actually comprehend such a thing. In short, Snyder went for a slightly wider eye look and ended up looking like a kicked puppy. Failure.
(( :] Feel free to time skiiiiippppppp. ))

That was perfect! Cinderella was an abused and disillusioned girl! So it was natural that the face he portrayed look somewhat idiotically painful!
The reason everything fell into place was because Cinderella met the prince. But that meant the prince slapped some sense into the idiot girl who allowed herself to get bullied. Suzanne decided to play the prince's part fully with all her heart. "Stupid girl!? Why do you let them tell you what to do all the time!? You know... rant, rant, rant, rant, rant, rant... No matter what you do, the trees will always get cut down... rant, rant, rant, rant, rant.... If you don't stop global warming, the polar bears will die... rant, rant, rant, rant, rant, rant... That's why we have to win! It's for a better world... rant, rant, rant, rant, rant... And that is why you should vote for me because I will make the best candidate for the male beauty pageant." Suzanne released Snyder's shoulders and smirked.
"I played the prince's part really well, didn't I? Hey, what story where we acting out?" Suzanne wondered as she crossed her arms.
((Bwahahahah... it seems like Suzanne got sidetracked again. =w=" Poor Snyder. He probably will master the confused face first. xD))

 Kana Labelle
Kana enters the library in a rush. She felt bad about leaving Kentoy and Ayu back in the infirmary but she wanted to have enough free time at the library. It was selfish, yes, but then again, it seems that they needed but anyway. Kana decided to forget about all these thoughts and resolved to just apologize again she sees both of them.
She quickly browsed from shelf to shelf and was amazed by the huge collection of books the library could offer. 'Ah, this look like a good one.' she thought as she gets one of the books. She quickly finds herself a place at the table where less people would likely to come and enjoyed her time in solitude.

The library would definitely be a popular place for a study hall. Of course she would walk around and pretend to be helpful, but occasionally she would have the opportunity to tease people.
Well, Suzanne was ready to help out anyone who asked. She needed something to do. She's been reading all day, but she needed a change of pace.

"If I act like everyone else..."Julia walked into the library quite timidly, peering around the room. From what she could see, the place was basically empty. She felt somewhat relieved, yet also disappointed at the same time. Sighing lightly, she turned to the sketchbook in her hand, pondering whether to draw or not. This was supposed to be study hall, but the only class she had been to was art... Julia walked towards one of the long wooden tables and sat down, figuring she had nothing to do other than to draw. Using her arms as somewhat of a wall, she tried to shield her drawing from anyone that may be passing by. What she drew was something she had always longed for. She drew herself, though there was something different. Her ears were gone, as well as her tail. She was surrounded by others, laughing with one another. And among them was Chiori. But Chiori was the only other person who had a face in the picture. Julia didn't know who to draw with the two of them.
"...will you accept me?"
