"We can go n-..." he stopped as another voice interupted him. "Vale, you dog. Sasuke sent me to find you, and I find you with a girl!" The source of the voice stepped out of the shadows of the statue on the far side of the room. It was a boy with lavender hair, and violet eyes. He was grinning revealing his sharp teeth. On his back was an enormous sword. Vale remained quiet staring at the boy. "What? No warm welcome for friends?" he jeered before looking at Chi, noticing her headband. "A Konoha girl? You know you're going to get in trouble.."

Shijura's nose twitched as the new scent grew stronger. Her face scrunched up and she kept her mouth closed from saying anything. She observed him, taking a long look at the sword he kept on his back.

Chi's eyes widened at the water, and she remained still as the wave evaporated it. Amaterasu... She glanced over at Vale, and sure enough his Mangekyo was activated and his eye was bleeding again. "I can't leave you here alone. Even if this is crucial to finding the cure, there's a few reasons why I can't leave now." She darted for the hall to set the backpack down, but then she spotted someone else. "Sh.... Shijura?! What are you doing here?!"

"Fire style: Great Fireball jutsu!" came the Uchiha's voice as an enormous ball of fire blasted from his breath, rocketing toward Suigetsu, who countered with another Water Dragon. Rolling to the side, Vale's hand went for the handle of the sword the ANBU still had. Cursing himself, he lowered his right hand to the ground buidling electricity into the palm of his hand. The sound of a thousand chirping birds filled the air as the electricity built. Amaterasu surrounded Vale in an attempt to protect him from attack as he couldn't move. Suigetsu however had mad a water clone, which dropped down from the ceiling just above Vale, in the center of Amaterasu.

Shijura stood there for a minute before snapping back to reality. Watching her run back she threw the bag over shoulder and placed some of the loose files back inside. Securing the bag shut she started running for the entrance, first on her two legs before she got on all fours which made her gain a little more speed.

Chi gritted her teeth and snarled, somehow becoming lighter and faster, more agile as she narrowed in on Suigetsu. She didn't speak except for the growls that escaped her lips. Once within range, she wasted no time in striking at him with a tense series of quick slashes, yet mostly stabs. The Dance of the Camellia style is an extremely speedy operation filled with chaotic stabs at all expected and unexpected angles to create a lag in the eyes, so in itself was hard to track. At a single opening, a death blow could be dealt in a flash.

Chi would have killed him, had he nod turned partially into water and moved backwards laughing. He raised his arm to strike, just as two red eyes could be seen in the shadows behind Chi. "Shi-!" the rest caught in Suigetsu's throat as he froze.

In a world that seemed like hell, Vale was standing several feet in front of a chained Suigetsu. "How's it feel...knowing you'll be tortured for the rest of your afterlife?" the ephemeral Vale said, his eyes cold. Suigetsu merely spat at him as several hundred Vale clones appeared, all with a sword. With that, the torture began.
