Mot's fears were answered.
A sudden and all too familliar wave struck tem all, sending Mot flying backward, tumbling head over heels before rolling to a stop.
Coughing, he looked up in time to see Shehk get scooped up, and taken away. "SHEHK, NOO!!!" He shrieked, rising to his feet and running to catch up.
He attempted to anyway, but as he ran to go after them, summoning his weapons, he ended up tripping on the chains, still unused to having two instead of one.
"OOF!!!"

"Thank you," She breathed, managing a smile when she felt him shift his body and wing; he was still warm like before, but at least she was no longer a horrible mess whenever-
The figure's words made her freeze, and her grip on Jericho became stronger; she could feel something coming - and the shock wave that sent her flying did not stop her from clinging desperately to her friend.
It was lucky they did not end up in a compromising position, or a certain crazy American might ship them harder.
"J-Jericho! They go Shehk!" If she wasn't distressed before, she certainly was now as she... Still refused to let the boil go.

Well, if there was one thing that could be said, it was that Xiu wasn't surprised. Confused, yes--how did that figure know Vaith? And by name?--but being attacked wasn't unexpected.
The shockwave knocked the wind out of her, but even then, Xiu struggled to get to her feet. That figure had Shehk, and there wasn't any way that any of the students would allow the stranger to get away with the ghoul.

((ROLLING FOR SHUN)) Wait. That sleeve. Before Shun could think too much on it, he was blasted back by a shockwave. Wait... this... Landing on the ground some distance away, he looked up to see the cloaked figure with Shehk. He knew he couldn't trust him! "That b*****d," he hissed under his breath. Getting up, he turned around to see where Mitsu landed, working to try and help her up. His mind was racing right now. Did he rush after the figure? The last time he had done such a thing... it did not end well for him. And yet, one of their own was in trouble right now. Gritting his teeth, he looked around to see how the others were faring. Narrowing his eyes, he summoned his daggers, standing there for a moment longer. "We need to go after them..." he murmured, "Come on!"

Ah, the touching! Amphi tried to still herself to the boil's tiny grasp and made a small sound of distress as he moved his fingers at her side, her head instantly ducked to look down. She was shifting around to see if she could maneuver herself to somewhat hide but not be in his grasp (or she'd die from sheer blood rushing to her face) because of the gym's fullness. She wasn't sure just what was going on here as she looked around, some people we're in red cloaks, and some weren't.
She turned to ask Mac when she noticed he was distracted. She didn't follow his gaze though, more concerned with his expression. "Um...Mac?" She said quietly, electric blue's searching his face before he looked down at her. Her flush rose again and she looked around, shifting her eyes between him and other people. Maybe she imagined it, but he looked like he was bothered by something. "Maybe..."
"Should we ask someone?" She again attempted to stay close without touching him. Ah so much for the lessons with Askaja, she wasn't improving after all. "Why do they have red cloaks?"

As Xander kept an eye on the Red Robed Stranger, he kept his ears open for any useful information. He had no idea what was going on here, and everyone had seemed to group together in cliques throughout the area. As much as he loved being in the presence of so many at once, he really just wanted to know what was happening, and the only boil he really knew had his own clique to deal with. That's when he overheard a conversation not far from where he stood. One boil was asking another about the Gym, and the other boil was answering him. He couldn't quite make out what the other was saying though, as he was speaking quietly, so Xander took it upon himself to shuffle over towards them and... eavesdrop, really. He hoped they didn't mind too much if he just sortof stood their listening to them like a total creeper. Edit: Added more to this with a roll next post

The instant that Lark noticed that something was going on, Ben immediately appeared by her side. It was strange how he seemed to sense that there was something wanky going on. Gone was the usually rambunctious and obnoxious familar, and in his place stood a familiar that was utterly focused on what was happening. They were both staring ahead at what was going on, and neither of them were watching where they stepped. Far too intent on fighting whatever was going on, and hardly practiced at battle, the pair tripped over one another and collapsed to the ground in a heap.

Jove tentatively took Freya's hand, and shook it like he had been taught. It was a form of greeting that still felt unusual and awkward to the pup, but at least it put her in close enough proximity for him to catch her scent. That at least was a more proper way to meet someone.
However, the little pup was not at all interested in her offer. He didn't need to stay where it was safe, he could take care of himself!
And if to prove it, he turned to Herryk and did one thing he very rarely did. He grinned. A wide, almost feral grin that showed off his sharp, pointy teeth. It might have even been frightening if he hadn't had a couple missing teeth on his left jaw. But he didn't need his full set of teeth to make himself clear to the taller boil. He had won.
And then as quick as a blink, Jove found himself knocked through the air, landing hard on his rump. What was- Suddenly he felt a blanket of worry settle over him, and he looked up in time to see a cloaked figure making off with the terrifying, pale-haired ghoul. As much as he was afraid, Jove was up and running after them in an instant. She was a student, after all!

Demi didn't say much when the half beast went back to his frantic typing on his eyedevice, he figured that the boil needed all his brainpower in order to type out the thought in his head. It wasn't until the boil made a sudden stop in his statement that made the hound turn around and spot the doll ghoul that showed up behind him.
"Hello Mei, come to join the investigation?" he said perkily and shifted to allow space for her to wiggle in next to Bul and Sammy. "And fine, fine Bul. I'll get back to watching the target, just don't try and turn this into a make out stakeout over there." he said back snarkily.
But first, he had to check to see if Levi knew about the development, before the ghoul decided to ask the red robed person if he was kin or something stupid but she had no number, great. He flicked open his own eyephone and began to text furiously away to Aksaja.
he didn't even get time to press send as the shockwave came out of nowhere , and knocking both the wind and the hounds body both down and out to the ground in a flash of blue light.
"What the jack was that?" came the weary reply as he took the time to get back onto his feet and put the jacket back on in a haste as the b*****d began to run. "He's making a run for it!" the wheezy hound called out the alarm and trotted behind the one who recovered faster than he did, the hit to the ground was still a hefty one to shake off.

"Israfel, Vaith, it is nice to see you again with the others."
Vaith's attention snapped up, the low timber of the voice attracting Vaith's attention. THe voice sounded vaguely .. No, Vaith had no way of placing it. Vaith's look of shock at the stranger cloaked in Red's outfit may have been construed as shock over being identified.. But as a tih or an ally of the stranger?
Quite frankly, Vaith wasn't sure which either. His grip immediately let go of Tomoko gently as he stood up slowly, wondering how the stranger knew his name. Vaith couldnt recall anyone like that in his telephone book .. and even if that mysterious shockwave looked suspiciously familiar, the male never knew his name!

No funny business, no words, he had nothing to say in this sudden moment other than' s**t s**t ******** titty s**t ******** that the half beast fell to the ground stunned by the swipe of the blade yelling all sorts of obscene gestures that were in no way to translate such vile things into english.

The man was fast, he'd give them that, but there was no way he could outrun the angry mob chasing him. No, not when half the creatures here were bred for speed!
Careful not to stumble, the black dog prepared to strike, blue sparks flying about as his body as prepared a discharge of electricity. Now, normally this would have more... satisfying results, but today wasn't going to be one of those days. Nope, today was going to be a day full of disappointments, he could tell.
Tybalt yelped when his attack backfired and bit back a curse when the lightning shot straight past the intended target.

Damage: 0
FEAR: Discharge ( Y1 ) / Re-strike ( Y2 ) - Tybalt is capable of striking his opponent with bolts of blue lightning.

Riley had actually expected something much, much worse. That did not make Shehk's capture any less disastrous, however. As soon as the figure darted off, Riley crouched and held her ground as the wave hit, then bolted, wordlessly following.
So, whoever this was claimed to be testing them. Riley was always up for a good test, but that shockwave.. well, it really didn't bode well for this situation.
In her bones, she could clearly feel the word trap painted all over this.
Barth. She sent privately back even as she ran. Tell the faculty what is happening. Hurry - I don't think we have much time.
In a more public voice, she practically screamed to the student body.
NOT EVERYONE SHOULD FOLLOW HIM. Please, consider staying behind.
Would they listen?

Mot. Mot was an odd name. Names were supposed to mean something, to say something. Yǐn Cáng was struck with a sudden sense of gladness, at least his name was not Mot. Mot spoke rather informally too, and while he had heard words condensed before they still took a moment longer to process. In that moment he lost his chance to learn more about the mysterious figure and teacher.
He slowly spoke his name to properly enunciate it. "Yǐn Cáng," was all he managed before the shockwave hit. Unexpected, but his stance as usual was one that was ready for the unexpected. Immediately he went into action. A ghoul was being taken. That was not permissible.
