Where I come from  Well... Maybe Quebec didn't want to talk to him. He rubbed the back of his neck and apologized to her for bothering her before he slinked off. Well, that was embarrassing. His first attempt to making friends with someone outside the family, and she didn't want to talk...
He wandered over to where North Carolina, Massachusetts, Tennessee, and America were. There was also a very... pretty lady there. He went to Charlotte's side before waving to everyone there. He then bounced in place, causing the rabbit ears on his head to bounce with him as he surveyed the area. "There sure are a lot of people here who seem to know each other quite well.... It kind of makes me feel like we stumbled into some exclusive club or somethin'..." He then looked up to the lady he didn't know and smiled before giving a polite bow. "Evening, ma'am. Enjoying the dance?" Of course, as he greeted Ukraine, his hand was reaching for the snacks in America's hand. Hey, he was allowed to enjoy snacks too!
Out Of Coke :: Haha, but it probably explains why it is that Lili is always blushing and why Elizaveta and Roderich also seem to bush easily. There aren't too many rules when you come here.

Massachusetts  Leah rolled her eyes, she not just have much of choice when he was basically force feeding her. She had to admit it was good, but she loved her apples better. The red fruit was Massy's favorite, but she had been depressed lately since the snow storm which took down all her apple trees.
"okay, there good...but still don't eat to fast," she said, even though she would devour them too rather quickly.
SHe was glad when most of her siblings came over, now when her and Ireland got into a fight they might try to break it up, unlike Melody who totally took Arthur's side when they got into a mini fight. That was not Cool.

Junior Arhtur sighed, he was going have to talk to her at some point. "I suppose I can tell you. Just don't go off blabbing it to everyone. The past few nights there have been monsters attacking students and locals. To make a long story short, the creatures are no more and there hasn't been an attack since." True the attacks had stopped but Arthur haddn't known about the black blood that was going on.  I have rules in my territories: *Follow my orders *Call me -sama food

of that wurst I had before Ludwig Well, it was nice to see Italy branching out. It was also nice to see some of the attention drawn off of himself. "Have fun you two." He enjoyed being around both, however, he knew he had a job he should be doing. He went back to standing tall and keeping a watchful eye on all of the party goers. No need to leave a chance for fights to start.

She smiled more at the complement.
"It's from a movie called Enchanted, the character's name is Giselle. If you like princess movies I think you will like it."
Maureen looked up at her friends this time and froze.
"I-I don't know. I don't really get along with little miss crazy. I would hate for us to start fighting and ruin your fun."
She looked down and blushed.
"And I don't want HIM to get any more mad at me."
She had trying to build up the courage to maybe ask him to dance but to no avail.

Costume ~* Tinkerbell *~ Lili looked over to the group when she saw Maureen freeze. Oh, hey. When did Alfred join the group? And who were the two boys that were there.... Oh, wait! She recognized one, she just hadn't had the chance to learn it yet. Well, maybe they would all get along. She looked back up to Maureen with a kind and understanding smile. "Leah isn't so bad if that's who you're talking about. I think she's just a little misunderstood. And Alfred seems to be feeling much better today than he was yesterday. See? He's even trying to feed Leah." But her smile turned into a sad one, sort of what you would expect from a puppy you had just kicked that still wants to come up to you because they love you any ways. "But, I understand if you don't want to come... I would just feel really bad if I left you by yourself..." You could just tell that Lili had nothing but good intentions by extending the invite. She really had wanted to try and get to know some of the other nations, especially some of the girls since there were so few that lived near her. It would have been nice to have girls she could talk to once in a while...

She smiled assuring him things will be alright. "nice ears." charlotte chuckled seeing Chris's costume. "It does feel a little odd but then again we must seem the way to them."The Carolina quickly reached over to grab a snack. everyone is called 'darling',

 Tennessee felt a little calmer at his sister's smile, but still refused to move or say anything unless he was forced to. Hopefully staying partially hidden behind North Carolina and having his other siblings with bigger personalities nearby would be good camouflage. America was easily distracted so it wasn't like he was making that great of a leap in logic to say he could easily hide from his nation in plain view. ... Although the punch and snacks did look really good. Andrew had to call on all of his will power to keep himself from breaking from his hiding place to get something to eat. Since he'd been sleeping all day he hadn't eaten anything at all and his stomach betrayed him with a small rumble. That traitor.

She could feel the hem of the dress brushing against her ankles, which wasn't normal for her, seeing that it was normally knee length. "So I take you like to dance monsieur Feliciano?"
