How odd. confused Yeppers...Starilium or Starilite, or something...Though I can't find where you buy the stuff, so maybe they changed it. That would be awesome I don't think they ever gave a reason... Some people made the arguement that animated items would increase loading time and making you pay for it over and over would limit the amount of people who had animateed items. I think they just wanted more money. But thats just me.
