Her mother of coarse was worried, but Rika had talked her into dropping the subject. She returned to her room and this time fell asleep

Teo went into his home and jumped onto the sofa before falling asleep
His brother continued the game in an all nighter, knowing the weekend was cooming

Rika snuggled into her bed, wrapping blankets around herself like a cage, fearful enough that she would be jumped even in the safety of her bed.

Teo let out a small cough and wrapped himself into his covers, shivering slightly

There she fell asleep, dreaming of whatever she wanted trying her best not to quell on nightmares

Teo woke up coughing and hacking "ugh... Don't tell me I'm getting sick..." he muttered before blowing his nose.
"you all right?" his brother called out
"Ya! I'm good" he called back before laying back down

Rika yawned waking a little early, she went downstairs wrapping a robe around her as she made some eggs, humming a tune. She thought for a moment "I never really did thank Teo properly" she murmured as she scrambled the egg yolks

Teo wrapped himself in the covers like a cacoon "hey bro! Could I get some tea?" he said before letting out another cough
"ya, one minute" he said as he started making the tea. "how did you get sick anyway? It's only fall" his brother said with a confused look
"I guess it was colder then I thought last night..." he said before shivering under his covers

Rika ate her eggs thinking of a way to thank him, she became frazzled at the thoughts "Ugh... But a simple thank you isn't enough for my life" she murmured she glanced at the kitchen "Maybe... No cookies are so cliche" she murmured. "Oh I know" she said as she stood and began cooking

Teo let out a congested sigh as he took a sip of his tea
"dang aniki when you get sick you get it bad" his brother said with a chuckle
"if I had the strength I would sock you right now..." he muttered before letting out a loud cough.

"Rika what are you doing?" her mother asked as she stepped into the kitchen
Rika turned and hugged her mother "I'm trying to make something for the boy who helped me out yesterday night" she said shuffling her feet
Her mom nodded "Would you like help?" she asked sniffing at the air
Rika shook her head "I got it covered mom" she smiled

Teo closed his eyes and started to rest after an entire morning of coughing and sneezing
"enjoy your rest" his brother said as he went into the other room to watch tv

Rika hummed as she finished and placed the food in a carry bowl and placed a lid on it. "Done, at least this I know will taste good, I'm better at cooking than baking" she smiled at her mom
"Okay when you go give it to him, dress warmly it's really cold out there" her mom smiled.
Rika nodded and went to change
