Ulmuka was extra determine now. He was over halfway there and his friend, probably much more used to labor, was finished. His wings ruffled in excitement as he started to hack wildly into the trash tunnel.
Trash flew around him, exploding out of the divot he was creating. Thankfully candy flew out too!

The trash around him began to slide. Apparently he'd done a little more damage to the wall than he intended to! He jumped back as a mini avalanche started.
Hopefully he'd loosened up some candy!! But..... no. The avalanche almost swallowed up his bucket of candy in garbage and he was forced to retreat slightly and find a new spot, further down the wall.

Slightly farther down, but still by his resting bug friend, Muka started to mine once more in hopes of finding a new sweet spot. He was so close he could taste it!
"No cave in.. no cave in.." he giggled a mantra to himself. "Buried in trash is an awful death!" He was mostly talking to himself. Thankfully he found a new candy vein and plucked a few more pieces to drop into his bucket.

He was starting to get tired but he refused to leave until his mission was complete! Muka reared back and jammed his pick axe really hard into tunnel wall. He put his foot up next to it and PUUUUUUULLLED.
The axe popped out with a cracking noise and stuck into the end of it was a single piece of candy.

Something glinted in Nyyrikki's lamp light and he moved towards it. The more he seemed to dig, though, the less it looked like a piece of rock candy. Actually, it kind of looked like a discolored tin can.
... A chewed tin can.

[ ROCK CANDY GET: 3]This wasn't so bad. Perhaps it was just the luck he'd had when he first tried that pleased him so. He figured they way he'd started his digging would work so remaining where he was he decided to strike it once more.
A resounding link brought a grin to his face. He set his pickax down and held up the oil lamp to see what he could find. Another batch of rock candy! With his free hand he reached into the hole and started pulling out the rock candy carefully shoving them into his side satchel.

[ ROCK CANDY GET: #1]Mo wandered back into the gym slipping a bit on some trash her hand was much better now. She still had it bandaged but it can't be helped she punched solid rock one it should be worse but it isn't. Mo wandered through the trash mine carrying the lantern with her tail. She began digging in a spot on the side of the hill. She pulled the pickaxe out from the hill and a single little rock candy came rolling out. Ah that is a good sign she smiled placing it in her bag. She swung the pickaxe over her shoulder and went off to find another spot.
She stopped when she came across a male hmmm he seems slightly familiar. Mo placed the turned the lantern off moving closer. She stayed quiet so not to spook the male in case she was mistaken. Coming up from behind she was close enough to recognize his haircut and scent. "Ah! Your the male reaper from before!" She said it loudly behind him putting her pickaxe down besides her leaning on it rubbing her chin as she tries to recall his name.

"Excuse us briefly," he said to Ulmuka, his rest now finished. Vero picked up his bucket with a soft grunt and let it swing a little next to him as he moved to where he thought the cave entrance was; the spirit had had no idea how far in her and his friend had gotten! Still, with a hand on the wall he managed to eventually find sunlight, however painful it was upon first standing in it.
Once no longer temporarily blind, Vero scanned the trashy landscape until at last he saw the hulking cave troll and made his way over. "Master Inigo, we have finally collected thirty pieces of rock candy for you," he said, offering the rather full bucket. "It took us a long while, but it was very worth the effort."

Kazuka stood up from his resting spot and moved over to a wall. He started to work on it for a while before he figured he wouldn't find anything here. The reaper moved down to the next spot on his 'grid'.

At his chosen spot, Kazuka found two more candies. He carefully got them from the wall and dusted them off a bit. That done he put them in his pack and continued on.

One out of two places he looked this time around after his resting period wasn't to bad. After all he did find something, but it was obvious the part of the wall he was at held nothing for him. He sighed at the repetitiveness then moved on.

Kazuka got a small smile on his face when he found two more candies. Two out of four this time around, it made him wonder what would be in the next place he looked would end up. Would it be blank or would it hold more candies? He moved on to find out.

The smile on Kazuka's face from before grew a bit bigger as he found yet another piece of candy. Granted he still had a small amount all together but it was still something. He sat down on the floor with his back to the was for a bit of rest.
