Right before he went to shoot, one of the airborne plushies thrown by Riley conked him right in the side of the head. The cannon cat fired into the air, and he struggled to correct his aim. In his rush, though, Fuaire aimed just a little too far to the right and barely missed his target. The Frez Drah hissed through his teeth as he lowered the paintball gun; he hoped that his stray shot caused someone somewhere a nasty surprise. At least that would be some consolation for losing. He set the gun down and retrieved the campaign plushie from the ground.

Willow watched the cannon cat soar into the air for her turn. She aimed the paintball gun and pulled the trigger, closing her eyes. She felt the paint ball gun kick back, but at least it didn't knock her over. Oh, this was a bad idea, she hoped she managed to hit something and not someone if she hit anything at all.
Eventually she opened one eye to see what she might've struck. Giving sort of a nervous grin when she finally opened both to see her results...

The excitement in accomplishing something immediately left Danny's eyes, as two very angry boil ones were practically pounding her into the ground with a glare.
"W-was I not ..." Danny thought for a moment, and then realized your blunder. "Oh you're supposed to shoot guns that's right!" Even if she was feeling bad about breaking the gun, her eyes still showed her excitement with figuring out blue's clues.
She kicked a stray screw at her feet innocently and said, "Uhhh ... it was an accident?" Her hands immediately shoved into her pockets, along with the plushies (it was a wonder how much stuff she could fit in there!). "Can't you just uhm ... get a new one?" She really wasn't trying to sound cocky. Her voice showed nothing but legitimate concern for trying to find a solution.
Danny? Figuring out consequences? Never.
It was just wonderful timing that Danny broke out into another fit of sneezes and coughs. Being sick sucked.

"Jackdammit, Danny, I was gonna use that!" Roch said, diving for the next gun he saw as soon as he saw the cannon cat careen into the air. Needless to say, he had no experience whatsoever with guns, and shooting quickly? You insane?
But he seemed happy enough even though he didn't hit it. "Hey! Next time can we pin the cannon cat plushie to a board and hit IT with a cannon ball?" he asked the patchwork manning the cannon. "This is awesome!"

"Ah, we may try again?" Malodore perked up. "This is helping me work out my frustrations admirably, I believe. Random violence is not my forte, but it seems to have a place..."
Plus, you know. Leaning against Riley was nice.

The sound of the cannon had attracted Siddie's attention again, and she returned to the booth just in time to see a plushie go flying through the air. ...Awesome.
"Oh, can I have a try?"

Mot heard the tail end of Jericho's tantrum at Danny, turning his head, covering Riley!Plush's 'ears'. Such harsh language for the little one to hear!

 Christof blinked. What... who...? He had never seen a student wandering around with a bowl on her head... aquatic? Visions of what his Master at home would do with such a lovely array of Parts, he seemed to forget to finish packing the cannon. The cat went: BORP!

Oh great. He lost her. He lost his own ghoulfriend. She was there one minute, the next she was gone, and not long after that he realized everyone was gone. That was...just a weird little thing to come back to. So he did the right thing and DIDN'T leave, because he imagined that would get him in trouble. Instead, he spent his time trying to find her...and felt that, ugh, Riley's booth was probably a good place to start, since that was the last place he'd seen her.
"Hey have you...guys..." The Reaper trailed off, black eyes wide under the brim of his hat. Holy Jack was Jericho ever screaming! He knew that look, he saw it often; a punch was about to be thrown. Mot didn't seem to be doing anything, actually nobody seemed to be doing anything! Whelp, he should just walk away.
Only he didn't walk away.
He walked towards the freaking angry Dragon.
What's more, he actually got in said Dragon's way. Mac. Putting himself in the line of danger. Not only that, but he insisted on staying in Jericho's way, even going as far as to place his hands on the taller boil's shoulders to either try and turn him away from the offending ghoul, or to make it harder for him to take off.
"JERICHO. Dude, how about that local sports team, eh? C'mon man, I think you're needed over there." Over there of course, being anywhere but here.

Lizzy magically appeared in time to see Mac do THE RIGHT THING.
+ 100 respect points to her own boilfriend.
"Mr Jericho!" She hooked her arm around the boil's arm before standing on tip-toes, her voice hushed, "It would not reflect well on Riley if you do something like hurt someone at her booth."

Jericho's fingers twitched at her response. How the hell did she 'accidentally' throw the damn gun? He didn't buy it. Aside from that, that last thing she said only flared him up even further.
"Get a new one? THESE GUNS ARE RENTED FOR JACK'S SAKE! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH WE'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR A ******** BROKEN GUN!?"
Unable to take this any longer, he arched his back and flared his wings out, breathing a plume of flame straight up up into the air as he shouted, "VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!"
When he finished his battle cry, he stared straight at Danny and he was just about to rush right at her. However, a pair of hands had firmly grasped onto his shoulders, pulling him back and keeping him from starting his charge. Sharply turning to see who was stopping him, he glared hard at Mac.
"Not before I make that damn flame demon pay for what she did," he growled.
Then, feeling another arm wrapping around his own, he glanced over at Lizzy on his other side, gritting his sharp teeth. She did have a point there. However, he still felt incredibly pissed off right now and needed to either burn or punch something.
Letting out a huff, he mumbled, "Imma go find a gnome to punt or something."
And so he stormed off.

Momentarily distracted by the fighting or... whatever they were doing off to one side of her- she was unclear on what, exactly, those sounds meant- Ys pulled the trigger without correcting her aim. An unintelligible bubble-squeak sound was her only comment until she heard what was clearly the sound of her shot connecting with something. She quickly looked back again to see who she had hit, an apology or curse on the tip of her tongue... and found that it was the Cannon Cat!
"Yeesssss!" She jumped up and down and did a shuffling victory dance in place with her gun over her head. It didn't matter that she had no idea how she'd managed it, she had! (And with no casualties to boot!)
