Katrina/The Doctor nodded. " Well we can't leave for good because the secret to getting me and the doctor back in our bodies may be here. I guess we'll have to go on alone."

Drean shook his head, a panel in his leg sliding open. It revealed a small communicator, which he handed to the Doctor/ Katrina. Looks like we're finally going to get to use this. I can monitor everything going on outside from here in the TARDIS... His disappointment was obvious, but he tried not to show it as he walked back behind the control panel.

The Doctor/ Katrina took the communicator. " Sounds good. We'll try not to go too far." Katrina/ The Doctor grabbed a tracer. " Now you'll be able to keep track of us. Especially so we can get back."

He nodded and moved the main monitor in front of him. Just be careful. If this Valeyard guy has an eye of harmony of his own, it will be causing some definite distortions to the laws of physics by now...

The Doctor/ Katrina nodded. " This place is pretty weird. I wouldn't be surprised."

Drean pulled back his sleeve, exposing his metallic arm. Several tiny wires and cords slipped out, integrating themselves into a direct feed into and from the TARDIS. I'm going to start researching other instances of body-switching in all of time and space. His blue eyes began to glow, and hew lifted up his hand to an interface visible only to him. It was only a matter of seconds before he was deeply involved with his work, blind to the rest of the universe.

" Ok we should go then." The Doctor/Katrina took the lead. They followed the hall and kept a close eye on where they were.

Drean found it easy to become lost in his work. The TARDIS matrix was very welcoming to him, recognizing him like an old friend. He had soon brought up all of the information that he ought to need, with some help. He couldn't believe that some considered the TARDIS to be a mere machine... She was alive, plain and simple... And he could tell that she shared his worry. Don't be scared, the Doctor has always come back, no matter how dangerous it is...

Katrina/ The Doctor was getting scared. What if she really was stuck as the Doctor forever? How could she handle that kind of responsibility?
The Doctor/ Katrina could see the look on Katrina/ The Doctor's face. He/ she kinda felt the same way.

Drean pounded his fist on the console. There's nothing here but fiction and "Freaky Friday" rip-offs! Isn't there a way to narrow our search to REAL things only? He leaned forward, resting his head on the central column. I know, I know... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hit you. I just need a second to calm down. If we can't fix this, things could get really bad, really fast... Not even the Doctor could hear the TARDIS matrix, only another machine could understand it. To Drean, listening to the TARDIS was like being at home... Alright, alright, I'll try not to think about that... Let's just keep working. I'm sure that we can find something together.
((I'm gonna start posting both sides of the conversation, as long as you don't mind me taking the tardis as a character.))

(( I don't mind at all. It will be interesting.))
Katrina/The Doctor turned to The Doctor/ Katrina. " Ok I feel like we're just going around in circles. We need to call Drean and try to pinpoint this eye of Harmony."

Drean was still sifting through piles of information, but with the TARDIS's help, he was running at near to full capacity. The pages blinked by and disappeared again in milliseconds. Every now and then, he might take half a second to examine something interesting, but it always turned out to not be related. None of these things could have happened without some kind of alien and both parties present in the room. Can we narrow it down to spontaneous events?
Yes, I do believe that will drastically decrease the amount of data we'll have to work with, though. Our probability of a false diagnosis could increase in turn...
Well, we can work on the comprehensiveness of our research after we've found a diagnosis... This is a case where we must value speed over accuracy. There's no telling what they might be facing out there... He shook his head, clearing the thoughts. Worrying slows down my processing power... I have to stay focused!
