the cloaked man sat the body in front of Chaos and unwrapped the blanket. it was the body of Namerune with a perfect sword stab through the heart. "Offerings to my lord chaos for not returning soon enough."
Man turns to Anastasia, Nameru, and Shadow, "What? you act like you don't know who i am. care to take a guess shadow?"

Shadow's eyes widened. "Z-Zane?..." He shot straight up. "I thought Dante killed you."
Namiru looked at the man and tilted her head.

Zane smiled, "He did. He just didn't kill Chrono. If you didn't take my body from the building he would have truely killed me along with him."

Shadow walked to Namarune's corpse and grinned. "Stabbed through the heart. You really like making things difficult for me." He threw the corpse over his back. "I'll be back." He walked out with Namarune's corpse.
Namiru walked to Zane. "Hi." She said shyly.

"I have realized that. both were strong alone but now it is a new level of potential." Zane said to Shadow then turned back to namiru and gave her a blood red rose, "here you go, namiru."

Namiru took the flower and blushed deeper. "Th-Thanks, Zane." Her heart was racing as he snuck off to a hiding place in the Edge of Chaos. When she was certain she was safe, she sat down. Looking at the flower, she sighed happily and admired it.
