Emma jumped down from Vulcan's back and strode up next to him before grasping his hand. She smiled...as long as they had at least one chance to relax then that was good enough. "Let's look around." Emma said simply, Emma already seemed nice and calm already, it was...nice, but she wondered if Vulcan was okay with the peace. Emma was still thinking about it though...it was odd how their lives could be entertwined through battle, it was like that with almost everyone Emma fought...she formed some form of relationship with them. Though she normally became somebody's friend after beating them down she wanted to say she wanted to be more with Vulcan, but they were fighters...was there time for that kind of thing? She would ask his opinion...

Emma didn't say anything at first...she couldn't think of a way to say this without making herself seem foolish, she didn't want Vulcan to think of her in a negative way because of what she felt. As a fighter she didn't know how to handle these feelings...as a person in general she'd never experienced this. "Yeah...I was just thinking..." Emma stopped right there for a second. "This probably seems strange coming from me...but..." Emma wondered what she could say there...her fighter's mentality would lead to a confession, she couldn't just dance around all day...it was charge ahead or get left behind. "Would you believe me if I said I had...feelings for you? Would you feel the same way?" This was a little harder than fighting a battle in Emma's opinion, she tried to say what she felt for Vulcan at the Golden Sands, but they had to split apart before she for a chance. "You don't have to answer, I...I'm just curious." Emma seemed to blank out emotionally just in case she didn't get a favorably reply. Now, more than ever, her heart seemed to roar its loudest...she would achieve her goal if she could, and if she failed she refused to let up, this was just another battle she had to survive.

Emma seemed to relax after he said that, but she was fairly sure he was wondered why she was going about this now. "That's...good, but I bet you want an explanation to this..." Emma gestured about vaguely. "I've heard the roar of your heart and the scream of your soul as you fought, it attracted me to you...how could I match one who fought as if every battle was an art form rather than a savage conflict? Somebody who really understood it...like me." Emma closed her eyes and took in the atmosphere. "I found myself striving to be better for you...and in all of my training I found that all I wanted was to be...for you, like I said before...maybe our hearts could roar together again some time. But I wanted a little more than a rematch with you, I wanted to..." Emma shook her head and stopped there before opening her eyes. "I know that all sounded pretty strange coming from me of all people, but I can't deny feelings that make up part of my battle mentality..."

Emma's eyes, for once, betrayed her emotions instead of just showing a grey void...her intent was plainly clear. "What I want..." Emma braced for the impact of her own creation, and just this one...she'd let her guard down. "What I want is you." Emma stated, no more dodging around it, otherwise this day would be very long. This was one of those times where Emma found speaking a bit more difficult since she couldn't show genuine emotion easily. She couldn't make it any more simple than that. Vulcan, besides getting stronger, was her only desire...and she didn't really have all that much she wanted anyway.

And just like that Emma's headphones switched tracks, she seemed to sort of forget about thinking for a second. Emma's eyes closed and she had a light blush on her face, the color was similar to her hair. Unlike some of the girls on this island with Fenrir Emma didn't try to fight Vulcan for any kind of dominance...she didn't even have to at the moment, it was a gentle kiss, Emma was perfectly fine with the way things were. "Vulcan..." Emma smiled a genuine smile, she could stay like this with him forever, but it wasn't like she was going to ask him to marry her or anything...at least for now. "I'm...glad." Emma didn't know what else she could say about it, she felt joy and something that was finally real besides pain...something that was real for her...it was odd considering how much was nothing but dust and memories, Vulcan and her right now was real. "You'll stay with me for a bit longer then?" Emma enjoyed his company enough to ask.

"Good to know." Emma slid her small hand in to Vulcan's and looked back up at him. She had to reach up to kiss Vulcan because of how short she was compared to him, and with her entire body he basically eclipsed her, it was...odd, but nice. As soon as Emma touched ground she began to pull Vulcan's arm in some strange direction, she liked secluded areas...they were calming, so she'd bring Vulcan with her. "Come on." Emma said with a bright smile, when this was done with she'd have to get back to her training though.

Emma found what she was looking for, a nice shaded area...out of the way...familiar because she liked to read here, she brought Vulcan here because of the calming atmosphere, they wouldn't really be disturbed here unless somebody looked for them pretty hard. "This is...what I wanted you to see, I come here when things become too much...it's peaceful." Emma said simply before taking a few steps away from Vulcan, she closed her eyes and breathed. "And...nobody will be able to find us here." Emma turned back to Vulcan with a small smile. "We should be quiet though...if we make too much noise somebody may get curious."
