it just wouldnt work, sephiroth's insane and evil, aeris is the opposite, i guess thats why cloud and aeris works so well....also i dont think sephiroth wouldnt be interested in a relationship. hes seems to be concentrateing more on jenova and destroying the world.

ok Aeris would probably be under mind control and then Sephiroth would get OWNED SO BAD by Cloud, normally CLoud would own him already, but mind controlling his GF???? Cloud will be PISSED OFFF

Now that I think about it, it might work out. I'm talking pre-insane serial killer Sephiroth though. We don't really know what he was like, besides dark & brooding, and for all we know he could've been a very family-oriented guy (After all, he was nuts about taking the world for his 'mother').

I can just imagine Sephiroth's end of the conversation with Hojo on his invitation to the wedding though xd

"No dad, you can't come to the wedding. Yes, I know you're family. You also killed both her parents and locked her in a room with a man-sized cat on viagra."

Lmao thats a good one. but yeah I can understand what you mean by it. IN FFVII: OVA (last order) Sephy was nicer though the fact sephy has relation to the man that did all that stuff to Aeris it might put a damper on the relationship

Well seems a weird thing to think about concidering that it was said somewhere cant remember where but it was about them apparently being sister and brother.... wondering now where the hell i heard that...

but as a couple never her and zack were meant to be, cloud only liked aerith because he felt the feelings which zack did at the time, remember he thought he was zack... i think him and tifa were meant to be together....

Actually, Aeris' mother and father are Iflana and Gast, respectfully. Sephiroth's parents are Lucretia and Hojo, so they can't really be related by blood.
However, since they both grew up in the laboratories, if they ever met together, it could be possible that they were as "close" as brother and sister, but not really blood relatives.

That would be weird, though, wouldn't it?
