Vlad couldn't dodge the spear that was now aimed at his stomach, and could only hope to parry it out of the way. So as he raised his leg for the the knee strike, he swung his left hand down and to the side to sweep the spear away, but was only partially able to avoid the spear. He had swung his arm too early, and was pierced through his forearm. But the swing of his arm continued, now with the spear attached, and was able divert it from piercing his abdomen and continue his knee kick. It was only a fraction of a second later that Vlad started to feel the pain in his arm, and started manipulating the carbon in his body into his arm. As he saw his arm start glowing white, he hoped his carbon laden limb would deaden the nerves there, and allow him to continue fighting without thinking about the pain too much.

Carbon limb

Description: The user is able to manipulate the carbon in their body moving it to a designated limb. Though it would only go from elbow down, or knee down depending on which limbs they choose.. The arm or leg will turn a black color and be able to withstand D-rank and below attacks Anything above will shatter the armor revealing the skin below. For each level the limb can maintain the carbon limb a little longer. Don't misunderstand this skill. It isn't just for defense. The punches from this can deal great blunt force damage. One punch may feel like you were hit by a sledge hammer.

((You do realize that we are still flying at high speeds at each other right? =/
After getting stabbed and moving the spear to the side, we should be less than a foot away from each other. That wouldn't give you enough room to pull the spear back to stab at me again.))

I realize the skill said that the other attacks should connect, but it seemed more like the first was just a regular spear stab, and not the beginning of an actual skill. Plus were level 1, not 8. We shouldn't have 5 different moves going on in the span of a second xD ))

Vlad squeezed his hand as it turned completely black, and struck out with his knee. But as he did so, Ares block his knee with his hand, and froze him in place. He had already had this very same skill used on him before, so he didn't panic when he couldn't move his body, and waited as his momentum propelled him forward. Ares this moment to put some distance between the two of them, but Vlad's now carbonized limb had now locked the spear in place, and would actually pull Vlad along. But before Ares would be able to do anything about his stuck spear, Vlad would be able to move again, and would send a kick at his stomach.

The swing of the spear wasn't enough to send Vlad stumbling to the floor, but it was enough to make his kick miss its target. Figuring that Ares having a hold of something that was connected to Vlad's own arm was going to make things difficult, he sought a way to remedy the situation. So he pulled both of his arms down, bringing his left arm down to lay the spear onto his leg, and smashing his right arm through the middle of it, breaking the spear in half. He then brought his newly freed carbon arm up towards Ares chin into an uppercut.

Vlad felt Ares place his hand on his chest, and knew exactly what he was about to do before he even did it. He felt his body become rigid as he was again pumped with freezing cold energy, and saw Ares attempt to stab him with what was left of the spear. However thanks to Vlad's training in the Carbon Death style, his skin was now naturally tough like leather, and only allowed the jagged wooden edge to go in about an inch. As soon as Ares would figure out that Vlad would be a tougher opponent without an actual sharp weapon, Vlad would already be reaching his arms. One arm would grab at his shirt, and the other at his head. He would then do three quick headbutts, and toss him off to the side.

Hammer Head

Description: The user grabs the sides of their opponent's head to keep them still while they deliver three simultaneous headbutts.

Angel went into a roll. She had made her choice. Primal fury moves were becoming her specialty. When she got close enough she partially came out of it and propelled her feet into his stomach, At least she hoped it would hit him. Her attack hitting his chest would be good too. Either way she was using Mule Kick and hoped it wouldn't be a complete waste.

In order to perform this technique the user much first dodge an attack by rolling forward and beneath it. When the start to come out of the roll they do not resume their stance. Instead they stop before their back comes of the ground. At the same time they thrust both feet into the torso of their opponent with more than enough force to break bones.

The bite he received from Ares hurt, but his tough leathery skin prevent his teeth from actually sinking in and cutting his hand, which made it not hurt as much as it would normally. So Vlad continued on with his headbutt, and would then toss him to the side if it worked.
