"And here I thought I'd beat you to the dishes for once." Val drained the sink and rinsed off the dishes with hot water, which helped loosen the syrup. He opened up the dishwasher then set them in before closing it again and returning to the sink to wash off his hand.
He turned back to Ny after drying his hand off. "I hate to make an issue of it. It's okay. As long as he doesn't want to cuddle on the couch I'll be fine." He smiled and returned Nyoko's kiss, hugging him when he pulled away to lean against his chest.

"My father will be here, getting you on the couch with my mother and cuddling wont exactly sit well with him and my mother wouldnt do that anyway. So your fine, dont worry, the couch will be for you and I only" he said as he murred happily and giggled. "There was no dishwasher in here when we moved in, so i paid for one to be installed" he said to the angel as he cuddled the angel close "what would you like to do? Just cuddle till my parents arrive?" he asked the other, knowing that would make them both happy.

Val chuckled at the thought of Ny's mother cuddling up against him while Ny's father watched angrily. Not something he would ever want to happen, therefore amusing. "The dishwasher was a good idea; you probably have plenty of guests going through the dishes." He kissed the top of Nyoko's head. "We could do that, or you could show me around. I suppose it depends on how much time you think we have."

"I dont know to tell you the truth, they could be here anytime so the tour can wait I think, though there isnt really much to show anyway I just think that if we start it and my parents arrive it will be pointless. So lets wait before doing that sweetheart" he said to his angel as he murred happily at the kiss "and we do have a few people around though nothing major but we are wanting to have more around soon.
A small family dinner or something" he said as he stroaked the anges back a bit "so that leaves us cuddling, care to go to my room or just use the couch?" he asked the other, secretly hoping he would say his room since he bed was always more comfy to cuddle on.

"All right," Val nodded, "we'll wait on the tour then." He wondered on that bit about a family dinner but did not ask. Nyoko's question threw him a bit. "Um... the couch is fine, but wherever you prefer."

Nyoko smiled "couch it is" he said to the other as he relucntantly pulled away from the angel and walked out of the kitchen and over to the sofa in the main room. "Come on sweetie, this will be fine" he said to the other as he sat down and waited for his ngel.

Val grinned and followed Nyoko, looking around at their surroundings as they went. He had not forgotten how nice everything was due to his present company. He was looking forward to the tour. Nyoko was waiting for him on the couch, so Val sat down beside him and wrapped his arm around the bunny-cat with a happy smile.

Nyoko smiled contently and wrapped his arms around him and nuzzled his chest "this is so nice" he said happily before hearing his cellphone ring a few minutes later. He got up and pulled the phone out of his pocket and answered it, hanging onto his mothers words he said 'sure' and hung up", he rested back agiesnt his angels chest "that was my mother, she said him and daddy will be late so I guess the tours on" he said to his angel as he cuddled him tighter a little bit.

The angel kissed Nyoko's hair and his ran fingers through it. "Whenever you like," he said softly. He was not actually in a hurry to get up; he loved to hold Ny like this. "How long do you think they'll be?" he asked, resting his cheek on Ny's head and rubbing his back.

Nyoko cuddled into Val, a small indication that he wasnt planning on moving just yet either. "Well they wanted to speak to Jaden as well so I guess not till night fall if thats all right?" He asked the othr, sighing contentedly as he held the angel in his arms.

Val rose his head to speak. "Hm, practically all day then? I won't complain," he said with a joking lilt to his voice. Then, because Nyoko did not seem inclined to move, he folded a wing over the bunny-cat and reached up to rub his ears. He smiled and kissed his head.

Nyoko started to purr as his ear was scratched and snuggled in that litle bit more as Val's wing came around him and purred louder still as he was kissed. "Mmm, this is so nice and cozy, I truely could stay like this all day" he said to the angel, nuzzling him a little. "I wont complain either, the more time along with you the better, I love being being here with you like this" he said to the angel as he sighed contentedly.

"I think I could too," Val admitted, though it seemed very lazy to just lay on the couch all day long. With Ny though it did not bother him too much. "But we'd never get through the tour if we lay around all day," he grinned.

Nyoko giggled "your right, we wouldnt get through the tour but I just dont want to move. Call me lazy, but I always enjoy being in your arms and being held by you that right now the tour can at least wait a little bit, I just want to cuddle with you a bit longer. Please, cant we just stay like this a little longer? I just dont want to move from your embrace" he said softly as he closed his eyes and nuzzled his angels chest a little.

"I don't think that's lazy," Val replied with a smile, kissing the top of his head. "And I would love to stay here longer. But I would like to see the rest of this house at some point. It's lovely."
