Swinging his fists, this time a little more carefully, Eta II reduced the surrounding monsters to smoke.

Eta II was tired.

These monsters were spawning as they disappeared, and right now it seemed more like Eta II was just wasting his energy fighting these.

I want to sleep. he whined, a little sarcastically. The monster looming over him close to his ear however, creeped that thought out of his mind and he punched right through it, dissipating it into a cloud of smoke.

Maybe looking for the pendant - NO. he shook his head, banishing that thought. Not now. Still too risky. But he'd be a liar if he didn't admit that that option was becoming more and more appealing....

Exhausted.
Eta II was exhausted.

Even though that half-assed punch of his made another of those monsters disappear, the end, or rather, his allies, or ANYONE was no where in sight.
These monsters......are monsters for another reason.

TO HELL WITH IT.

Eta II planted himself on the ground, panting. The monsters didn't seem dangerous to him after awhile. More like annoying, energy consuming little suckers.

Thinking back to the moment where he, Eta III and Eta VIII were still together, Eta II wished that he has said something.
Seriously, a thumbs up? Nice way to end it if you're never going to see them again.

Eta II lay on his back, filtering out the ...... disturbing images that were these smoke monsters. I bet the others are all scrambling for the pendant. Maybe someone's gotten it already. He smirked and let out a small laugh. Funny how you're not going after it. You really must be some s**t to think you'd last to day 7 before making your move.

Eta II closed his eyes. Sleep, he told himself. Sleep like it didn't matter. The adrenaline was ebbing away, his body starting to gain full realization of the damage he had been taking. The pain was coming. Sleep - it was the best option.

And sleep he did.

Eta VIII Healed herself worth 6 HP.

Still she ran, even when the looming voice announced that the pendant had fallen to the ground and was now fair game. Did she really want to make a grab for it? Wouldn't it be dangerous to be in possesion of one of those pendants? At least... until the last day, she figured it would. On one hand, she really wanted it. The other, the more prominent side that was still scared half to death, wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Mostly because she thought she simply wouldn't last much longer.

What use was a pendant to a dead girl?

That in mind, she ran onward, her hands still tugging at her bandages in an attempt to make better use of them, now that she wasn't being followed as closely. They were making her feel... lots better, surprisingly enough.

The confusion and Chaos among him was intense. The monsters continued to surround him, sometimes moving away from him and other times charging right towards him. He felt himself seize up, to afraid to move or even to counterattack, and his indecision cost him greatly. He cried aloud as a bullet hit him between his shoulders, and he almost screamed when not one but three monsters came towards him.

His instincts taking over, Eta V turned to run, managing to avoid one but still getting hit by the others, the blows throwing him to the ground. He laid there stunned, his shoulders and back hurting considerable from the blows. He could feel blood trickle down his back from the wounds. Dammit, how bad were they? he couldn't see from his position.

Scrambling to his feet, he held out his fists again, head whipping around at the monsters that continued to threaten him, picking one, he lashed out at with his fists once more. "Stay away from me!" he cried out. Barely could he hear talk about the current status of the pendant, but he didn't care. It was not his objective. Right now, he was just trying to survive.

It had been dropped?! There was sure to be a bloodbath over the pendant, but would it be worth the agony? There would be more chances to retrieve it, even if it was out of someone's cold, dead hands, but wouldn't it be easier to pick it up off the street? Still surrounded by monsters, she took a step back, and started to feel the ground.

Gamma 8 is looking for the pendant!

The shriek from the hell horse hurt.

Gamma Seven flinched behind his mask, raising a hand to mimic covering his ears. Ugh, and it got hotter, too! This was just ridiculous, as if he wasn't sweltering enough in this armour already! Once it died down he dropped his hands from the sides of his helmeted head, listening to the rest of what the horse had to say.

Finders Keepers, eh?

Well then...if everyone was looking for it...s**t, he didn't want to be there, just in case! Let one of them try to find it; it was high time to get out of here, especially incase something happened to get him hurt more than he already was. Fidgeting with his armour a little more - goddamn was this stuff ever uncomfortable and warm and augh - Gamma Seven decided to let everyone else make a mad dash for the pendant. He was done here.
