Who would act as a pastor for weddings at Deus ex? If they wanted to change their name who would they talk to?

They could change their name ~ just ask the people in the records office. There's no one to ask as a pastor. I mean ~ Killzone could say some words, but marriage isn't something The facility really caters to beyond "go ahead, don't let it affect your work" ~ people who want something more official usually do so during a leave weekend, and get married in places like vegas where its fairly easy to do with a fake passport and short notice.

When Hunters have dorms, these would be rooms that would have been used countless times by previous owners, correct?
Does the Air Conditioning in Deus have any sort of filtration (like hypoallergenic Filters)?
Are Hunters still given medications they took in their past life?

Yes! Actually certain portions of the buildings have been around for centuries! But rooms are cleaned pretty thoroughly prior to getting new occupants.
In certain areas like the lab building yes. In the dorms, no.
Possibly. But if the medical condition is of the sort that would impede mission performance, chances are they wouldn't have been recruited in the first place, and the weapon bond can possibly alleviate certain minor conditions.

I'm talking medication for very minor OCD. The medication helps out - and it's not to the level were the person is screaming in terror at being outside of their room, but enough to be nervous or uncomfortable around someone with the sniffles.

If we got permission from the rper of a TIH character, could we have the trigger that makes our Hunter character see shadows be an encounter with a TIH character (not a student but a teacher that would have a passport)??

Since I don't like assuming, if it works for a plot for both our characters, could my quest Hunter be allowed a small burn mark from a TIH character during the moment of his first encounter/trigger to see shadows if I justified it?
