Akahana was loosing some control, due to the fact that she really hadn't been using a lot of energy and more energy was pouring in from the murderous intents hanging thick in the air. She managed to pull her bubbling energy down, though, after a black ring exploded from around her, "My control isn't the best yet." She muttered, watching the vampire detach himself from a tree her accidental attack had sent him into.

"So...tell me about yourself...if you aren't an angel, and you aren't a demon, and because of this, shouldn't be receiving such direct orders from God, what are you? What is a vampire doing going from one world to another?" Akahana inquired, eying Alec with a cat-like coolness.

Nightingale got to the entrance of the dark tunnel. She called up the shadows around her feet hopping that with luck she would make as little sound as possible. Now just to find them.... Vera's an idoit. If she isn't already dead I'll kill her for sure. Slowly going down in the tunnel, Nightingale could feel the thick air of black deformed creatures that feed on the humans. She also sensed the demon's aura. More powerful than Hana's, Nightingale almost lost consentration and fell over. Regaining her feet, she consentrated on blocking out his aura and focusing on Vera's.

Eprical nodded slightly. "You're fasinated by them then I guess? But as for you wondering if your in danger here in this tunnel alone with me, well that goes for a yes answer. As for if you're in danger from nightcrawlers, that also goes for a yes. You see although you know that they are nocturnal, you forget you're in a dark tunnel with no light." A dangerous glint came into Eprical's eyes as he watched Vera's body walk ahead. He watched her movements and her pattern of walk, memorized her voice and the tones in it. "You may not seem frightened, but you are. Nightcrawlers feed on fear. Or haven't you heard?"

((Damn I make Eprical sound like a stalker creep guy.....))

Nightingale was very close to them now. She could hear the footsteps now.

Eprical laughed. "I see. Well you can't leave yet. You haven't seen the best part of the tunnels. And yes, that is a very diffrent opening."

Akahana again felt amusement pull up the corners of her mouth, "I said I wasn't going to kill you, and I won't, so stop your private worrying that I will. I understand about the secrets though, some things shouldn't be shared." Dark had come back with its report, and after listening to it, Akahana's eyes grew considerably blacker, "I'm glad at least she is watching in case there's trouble." she commented quietly, turning to study the silhouettes that made up Stonehenge.

Alec watched the demon's eyes change to a more dangerous color and shuddered inwardly. She was young, powerful, and had huge reservoirs of energy. Alec really didn't want to see Akahana in a berserk rage, after all, he was supposed to make sure she didn't get into one. Earth would be hard to live on if she did. He watched warily, waiting to see what Akahana would do next.

Akiko hadn't had much luck with decoding the complex burned DNA. The only information he had managed to gather so far was the fact that the attacker was young and strong. That was information he already knew as a nightcrawler wouldn't dare attack a demon under usual circumstances unless provoked and the burn, although badly placed, did a considerable amount of damage to the tissue on the avian.

I'd be safer with Evvy's lunatic mother, Vera thought cynically, but nodded and indicated he should continue. "How do you know about PAN," she asked casually, following him to this 'best part" of the underground labyrinth.

Evangeline glanced about her and shrunk back into the shadow as the first band of tourists arrived on a bus, squawking with excitement and clucking to each other in loud voices as they snapped pictures. The purple-haired witch snuck back to the camp and approached Hana and Alec shyly. "The-the tourists have arrived...DA and Vera aren't back yet...do-do you think we need to go after them?"

Akahana blinked at Evvy, "Don't underestimate DA, she still has an angel's powers fallen or not, and angels specialize in destroying attacking demons. If she needs help, I'll know." She nodded at the ground beside her, "Join us. This is Alec, the cynical vampire," Akahana gestured at the purple-haired vampire, "He won't bite." She turned back to Alec, eyes flashing dangerously making it clear that she wasn't in the mood for arguing. Dark had come back for some more marshmellows, gave its report quickly, and went back into the portal to watch the events.

The more I think of that demon, the worse I think he'll be. Whatever he told Vera is a lie, aren't all demons good at that? Akahana's eyes glowed red for a moment, Such an idiot, even Desdemon was better at concealing himself. At least he didn't show himself right in front of the fallen one and he masked his intentions with more concentration.

Alec stared at the witch at first as Akahana took over the part of introducing himself. He didn't like her, she seemed much too naive, but he still gave a smile and waved. When Akahana invited the witch to stay with them though, Alec was poised to make a mental argument. The cold warning stare stopped him though, and he just gave the demon an aura of unhappiness before lapsing back to plain silence grumbling in his head, Should I ask for her name? Why must all the new members of this PAN thing be so freaking naive about nightcrawlers?!

((Keep in mind that Alec has only met the newest members of PAN so far, and has made a rather biased judgment. So if your character doesn't fit in his judgment, just know that it's just what he's gathered so far on PAN.))

Akiko glared at the DNA, it was taking forever for him to decode the twisted and charred strands so that he could gather more information on the fire and the cause of it. "So annoying..." He hissed, glancing at the glass tube again for the fifteenth time in five minutes to find it still not ready, "Earth time is so very slow." A flare suddenly leapt up in his chest, making Akiko break in his grumbling, What was that? All of my family members are either gone or in some other World, I shouldn't be able to sense their anger at all. So why did I just sense that?

Knocking sounded on the door, "What do you want?!" He growled upon opening the door, two nightcrawlers squeaked and handed him a tube that had rolled away from the lab, "Oh...thanks." Akiko mumbled, taking up the tube and closing the entrance up again.

"Well obviously you're not an angel or a demon so of course you can't. It comes with the job. And what I'm saying is that you're an idiot for coming down here with him. What'd you think you'd find? Roses and cherry blossoms?! It's a NIGHTCRAWLER NEST, and if you don't understand what that means, it means that they live here. That thing you're helping me carry, although i'm sure he's awake enough to walk, came out what do you do then? You follow him back in! That's idiotic on it's own accord." Nighingale replied sharply to Vera. "Hana is yes a demon, but she's useful to me, and to PAN. I don't believe she'd lie or she wouldn't have revealed herself to me. That is also plain stupid. Angels and demons aren't friends." Nightingale stopped and dropped Eprical. "Just drop him. Hey you! Demonic idiot, get up and walk!" She pushed Eprical forward and forced him to move. If he even dared take a wrong trun, Nightingale would kill him. Useing her aura she sent a message to Hana. I got him. Not unconsious though. Vera's ok too, although she was almost nightchow....

Eprical didn't like being pushed. He was beginging to hate this angelic person very quickly. His temper flared and his eyes turned black. He kept walking with the two people behind him. Trying to duck into a tunnel would be pointless and stupid, the angel would kill him. Walking forward out of the tunnel Eprical saw tourists around. "There are humans..." He hissed to the two behind him.

"Not a problem." Nightingale said as she exited the tunnel pushing Eprical towards the group of PAN members.
