Asmodeus sighed. "I feared this may happen sooner or later. After noticing how powers expand over time, I wondered how ours would. I don't suppose these are very minor, are they?" he asked, rubbing his temples. There was another thing to add to the list of things that could injure Madlen. He wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her close, so that she was pressed up against his side and tucked protectively against him. He worried about her far too much sometimes, but how could he not?

"But it could be. What happens when you see something worse? I care for you. I'd hate to see something terrible happen that has not even actually happened yet," he said, leaning down and kissing her passionately. He stroked her hair gently. "I know you can't help the visions or how your powers change, but I wish there was something we could do so you don't have to get hurt like this. It's bad enough everyone else is getting hurt. It's not fair that you should suffer their pain too. I shudder to think what might happen if you see something truly terrible," he told her.

"Maybe something a little stronger than gauze?" he asked, ready to take her to the infirmary. That reminded him, he still needed to check on Honey. "Care to give Honeybee a little visit?" he asked her, holding her wrist so that she could not move it anymore.

Asmodeus still did not like that her visions were injuring her. "Well then, I guess we have to go and see her. I can't think of Honey being alone for so long and not going ballistic. Jazz must still be exhausted though," he commented.
