he turned back "mana...dont be scared i wont hurt you" he said walking up to her his wings still radiating there color but adding a light stream of white energy as he walked

Mana eyes grew even wider if that was possible letting out a soft gasp she flinched "how?... what?.." she mumbled softly getting to feet shaking stiffening her back she stood up straight silently telling her knees to stop shaking "what are you?" she asked hoping she wasn't offending him

"im a matter lord mana..." he looked up at her "im a freak you could say...im sorry you had to see me this way i no its ugly.." he said and kissed her gently his wings started to turn back into sand then fell to the ground disintagrated

"It's not ugly" she answered honestly she reached out to touch them as they turned into sand and slid through her fingers "I found them rather beautiful truth be told" she said offering him a smile. "I mean it's a surprise yes but I knew you had power I guess I just forgot"

He smiled and kissed her "I love you mana" he said and stood up picking her up with him and holding her in his arms as he walked to the door and inside

"So what does all this do err uh mean?" she asked motioning towards him trying to think of how to phrase it. "What can you do for one, how does it affect you for another, and how did you get this powers?" she asked sliding her arms around his neck

"i dont honestly know everything mana...im a freak thats all i no..." he said to her looking down "i can make things de materialize and i control sand in a way its all the is to it.." he said and looked at her one hand cupping her cheek "i love you mana and we will find out what is wrong with me together...if you would allow me to call u mine.."

She nodded silently a blush creeping over her cheeks, she kissed his palm lightly "well how are we going to figure it out then" the only answer she would give hoping by her use of we that he would figure that she was staying. "Well I'm not exactly normal either" she said motioning to her ears "not something you see on an everyday human" she joked "does this like weaken you or something because you seem tired"

he laughed a little "yes it does tire me out alot i have to burn my energy down i dont know really what happens if it builds but i dont want to find out and also yes i know about your ears" he rubbed one in his hand gently then kissed it lightly "theyre cute i like them" he smiled

Hopping down from his arms she landed on her feet lightly, "you shouldn't tire yourself out anymore" she said moving to his side and wrapping her arm around his waist "I'm here for you and I'll help you whenever you need it" she said helping him into the house "now you lay down and rest" she ordered sternly after he was settled in bed.

he nodded tiredly almost asleep already "...its alot to ask and im sorry but can you lay down with me just until i fall asleep then you can go do whatever"

She smiled climbing into bed to curl up beside him. "Sweet dreams handsome" she said softly hearing as his breathing deepened into sleep. Even after he fell asleep she stayed beside him enjoying just being there with him

he slept for a few hours then woke at about 3am he looked around and saw her still in his arms he smiled and kissed her neck gently before looking over to the window and then back to the door, he let out a sigh and kissed her neck again gently and decided to lay there just to enjoy being so close to her

Mana's ears perked as she heard him wake up sending a chill up her spin as he kissed her neck "how you feeling?" she asked rolling over to face him. She had never fallen asleep thinking over everything that had happened she found her mind lingered on the wings she had seen sprouting from his back, they had been beautiful.
