Justin excitedly followed the young fox out. He was eager to go from the simple nerd he was, to an a** kicking fighter with a robot suit. Maybe he could even get Tails to give the suit real life versions of some weapons he drew in his old sketchpad. Justin liked to draw sometimes, and he thought about making a videogame in the future, which explains the weapon drawings. He always kept the book hidden on him so he could continue his drawings.

Tails climbed up the steps and walked inside, leaving the door open for Justin.
"Miles, is that you?" asked a woman's voice.
"Yes mom."
"How was the movies?"
Tails looked back at Justin, grinning slightly. "Fine. I'll be up in my room."
"Miles Prower, what are you building this time?" said his mother, voice suddenly stern.
"A robot battle suit."
"Don't make it too complicated. I don't want you getting electricuted."
"I'll be fine, mom."

Justin smiled widely, following Tails to his room. He then pulled out his old sketchbook, to use as a reference. "Alright. Let's get crackin'." He said. He was excited to build the suit. It would be even better than a videogame, because he could fight robots and stuff for real, and help out his friends.

(My brother Ryan pointed out to me yesterday that Miles Prower sounds a lot like Miles Per Hour xD)
Tails' room was not a normal eight-year-old's bedroom. Sure, there was a single bed with rocket ship sheets, and a desk as well as a closet. But instead of the room having toys everywhere, there was wires, tools, and inventions of all sorts sprawled out on the floor. "I should probably clean the place up." He admitted, clearing a space off on his desk and putting down a blue sheet of paper, which would be the blueprint. "But I never have time. And mom used to come in here and do it for me. until she nearly got herself killed accidently turning on a defective robot I created." Tails got out a pen. "Mind if I see that sketchbook? It'll help with the blueprint."

Justin passed the sketchbook to Tails. His old ideas were going to come to life. He looked at the book, and remembered a certain page that held interest. "When the suit is done, be sure to look at the last page. My favorite drawing is on that one. I think it'll add a unique touch." He said. The last page held a strange looking weapon: a pair of spiked swords connected at the hilts by a long, electric chain.

Tails nodded. He began wizzing away at the height, weight, and design of the suit. "What do you think about a snack compartment on it?"

Justin thought about it. "I don't know. Seems kinda unnecessary." He told Tails. Conveniently placed snacks wouldn't save him in a fight, would they?

"I guess your right. But still, it'd come in handy if you ran out of fuel and were stuck in the desert." Tails said, and continued working. His mom knocked on the door, despite it being open. "Miles, bedtime."
"Aw, but mom, I'm in the middle of something." Tails' ears went flat against his head. "Can't I stay up a little longer? It's only ten."
She sighed. "Fine. But at ten thirty, you'll be under those bed covers." She left.
Tails looked at Justin. "I really hate being eight."
Meanwhile, back at Justin's....
Sonic was asleep on the couch, spread out, with Amy curled up next to him, smiling in her sleep.
Knuckles was laying on the floor, a couch pillow under his head, eyes closed, one arm over Rouge, who was next to him.
Shadow was the only one still awake. He was leaning against the wall, arms crossed, thinking.

Justin laughed a bit. He then smiled at Tails. "Thanks for doind this for me. I really appreciate it." He said. Tails was a pretty good friend. I mean, would someone else even think of helping Justin do something that would normally get him killed? I think not.
