Technique Name: Flaming Fist Description: Tsuna channels his Ki either into his hands or through his gloves and the Ki is released in a flame form much like Trunks flaming kameha wave. His strength is then increased by 2, but Tsuna's defense would fall by 2. Activation Cost: 200 Ki
Okay, I am if-y about this one, it would have been fine just for the first part, but I feel like the cost should be increased for any stat changes, and a cap should be placed limiting how many times this could be used. Or another idea would be for a cap, making another stat fall such as 'strength increased by 2, defense decreased by 2, then you would not be able to go past zero as your defense I would also allow you to keep the same cost, though for this I don't know about speed. : /- Roty

Her own unique level is even higher than the average Majin, to the point she can freely adjust her stance, posture, mass, and other such factors. This allows her to freely prepare for any change in tactics, whether it be become stronger, or faster, or just even more difficult to damage. (With this ability, Hedoro can freely adjust her stats on a point for point exchange, between Strength, Speed, Defense and Power Level. Technique Name: Deal With The Devil Description: Beatrice is a Demon. The infernal connotations through history were often thought mere rumor or imagination, but some of those rumors are true. Such as making a deal with a devil. Or in this case, Demon. Beatrice considers herself a bit of an outsider, an observer of secrets, a holder of treasures. She has taken it upon herself to be a broker of these secrets and treasures. As such, she can make deals, barter with others for mutual benefit. (She can make 'deals', giving someone else her words, teaching them a technique, or giving them an item. But nothing is ever free, there will always be a cost. The cost will be agreed upon in the negotiations, and are final once agreed upon. She can not renege on her side of any agreement, but neither can she coerce others to make agreements. If the other party does not keep their end of the bargain, then they shall be penalized. Punished by having the 'devil in the details' come after them. Or rather, she will steal a portion of their 'soul' [this does extend to things that might not intrinsically have a soul!] This soul portion contains a portion of their power and life, to the tune of 1/4 of each stat/Ki. If she does indeed gain this soul portion from someone, the stolen power will become hers, though the guilty party can always come back to try to barter for the return of their soul.) A secondary ability is merely a way to facilitate exchanges, of techniques or other abilities. She can actually reach into someone (only if they are willing) and grab a technique or other ability, pull it out, and place it in another vessel. Activation Cost: 800 to forge a contract, 400 to transfer an ability/technique. Broken contract reparations are free.

Technique Name: Draconian Tithe Description: Anima is the Dragon of Absorption. She can take in another's strength and make it her own. This ability has evolved to become even more insidious. Just by being near someone who has an increase in their stats, her ability will trigger, and slowly begin to drain that increase, feeding it to her to make her stronger. (It starts in the third post when a foe is near her. Near meaning general combat range. That post, all of their bonuses get a -1, and that subtraction is added to her stats. The next/fourth post it becomes a -2. then -3, and so on. This theft is temporary, their stats will return to normal a short time after leaving combat with her. Likewise, she can not retain this boost. [Example: If she's 4/4/4/4 and the opponent is naturally 6/6/6/6 but have a transformation active that gives +6 to Strength and an item that gives +2 to PL [6/12/6/8] then once the drain begins, she would steal one Str and one PL, then the next post another of Str and PL, then the third post, just one Str, and so on.] This drain works on any and all increases beyond a character's base, be it transformation, items, customs, what have you. Activation Cost: 300 per post of active draining.
Reaver's Pending:: The only question I have about this technique; is that -1 [per stat] per post. Or -1 [per stat] per post, and then after 3 posts, -2 [per stat] per post?
(Not quite. The draining doesn't start until the third post, but after that, it increases each post. So if her opponent has a boost of +6 to Str and +2 to PL, the progression would be: post/turn 1- nothing post/turn 2- nothing post/turn 3- they get -1 Str and -1 PL, same is added to her post/turn 4- they get an additional -1 Str and -1 PL, also added to her post/turn 5- they get an additional -1 Str, also added to her ...[6-8 all same as post/turn 5] post/turn 9- nothing, as she would have fully absorbed their +6 Str and +2 PL by this point.)

Technique Name: Hail Turret Description: While studying Bubbles' Tri Mastery Beam he became more interested in learning about something he began to call Zero Energy, which is what Bubbles had started using to create the ice part of the Tri Mastery Beam, the energy that doesn't burn through things but acts more as a solid with no heat, like ice. Coraata manifests this energy and fires up to 20 rapid fire shots in one use. Each shot is about palm sized. Activation Cost: 1000 for one use.

Technique Name: Dragon's Aura Description: The technique engulfs the users hands (and feat if exposed) in a flaming aura, Power Level is upped by 3. Additionally the flames can merge the aura itself, a concentrated burst of flames from a fire based attack, and the Dragon Sword to create the Nova Blade. The Nebula Burst is a flaming sword that takes away the original bonus of the Dragon Sword and Dragon's Aura and adds two to all stats and requires 20% less Ki to preform fire based techniques. Though it's connected to his body with the flaming Ki, if the sword is managed to be disconnected from his body the effects disperse and the sword returns to the Dragon Sword form. -Dragon's Aura may not work with any transformation or power up except other Aura abilities such as Lightning Aura though other Auras will disperse if the Nova Blade is activated.. -If the Nova Blade is active, only sword and fire based techniques are capable of being used. -The Nova Blade may remain in it's Nova state for 3 turns before a 'recharge' is needed at which point the Dragon's Aura and Other technique must be reused. Activation Cost: 1000

Technique Name: Inherited Combat Study Description: Junichiro has, as a Saiyan-Hybrid, inherited a few traits that make him better than a normal human. These qualities, coupled along with his stubborn will and need to never let down anyone, has led to him never backing down from a fight. Ryan keeps going, pulling from his inner warrior and honor. Technique Name: Dr. Light's Design Description: Megaman X was designed, programmed, and built by the long deceased Dr. Light over 50 years ago. Because of this, X has been designed with multiple systems in mind, to be used for any situation necessary.
-Dash: X has an emergency acceleration system that allows X to gain a quick burst of speed at a moment's notice. (Boost equivalent to 3 more Speed) 300 Ki.
-Variable Weapon System: X has been designed with storage to learn techniques from his defeated foes. As long as his systems can handle the technique, X can learn it, be it Custom or Standard, but they have to be able to be used through his Buster. For these learned techniques, X has 8 'Weapon Slots' available. Passive upon Victory
-Advanced Learning/Training: X has the ability to absorb information and learn faster than most human minds. Because of this, he learns at a 10% decrease or 100 words less, whichever is greater, per Technique and Stat Point. (Cannot be used with Weighted Clothing)
-Solar Generator: X's power systems are a generator that works off of solar rays, charging much like a battery would. This generator can store enough energy to allow X to last for extended periods underwater or in the dark. (Gains +200 Ki per turn while in sunlight.)
-Charge Shot: The X Buster has the ability to convert the solar energy into Plasma Pellets for offensive purposes. It can also, at the cost of 100 ki and 200 ki respectively, fire an enhanced blast from the Buster, or a Level 1 and 2 Charge Shot. The shots add 1 and 2 PL respectively.
-Armor System: X's design allows for the equip and use of multiple armors designed solely for him. As of yet, these Armor Systems are offline and need to be found.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Uses up the Starter Technique slot as well. X cannot learn most of the Android Techs. He can only learn the 'Built-in Scouter', the 3-D Scan Mode, and the Upgrade 2.0.

Technique Name: Volcanic Nova Buster Description: By coating his blade in a red ki energy that burns hot to others, yet feels comfortable to Dart, this technique would allow him to swing his sword and create moderate explosions [10' Radius Sphere] upon whatever surface the sword makes contact with. These explosions are as about as powerful as the turtle school's Kamehameha, but with melee being the range sort of limiting it. Activation Cost: 800/Use

Character Name: Zero Race: Android - Absorber
Technique Name: Dr. Wily's Design Description: Thanks to the X information that Bass had stolen from Dr. Light, Dr. Wily was able to create a powerful robot of his own. Though his design was based more around fighting than an adapting and living in the world of humans. These designs featured functions not built into the other robots at the time.
- Adaptive Learning Zero was designed to adapt as he fought against others, and create techniques and weapons based loosely around his defeated opponents. Zero gains one custom slot named after the defeated opponent (must be an RPC not controlled by Zero's player). Zero is only capable of gaining eight of these custom slots, and only one per opponent.
- Advanced Learning/Training Being designed to fight, Dr. Wily didn't leave out any expense to make the most of his greatest creation. Zero is installed with an advanced program that allows him access to the key principles of most techniques and training, thus allowing him to learn faster than most humans. He learns techniques at a 10% decrease or 100 words less (which ever is greater), while his training to improve his stats is reduced by 100 words per stat (Can not be used with Weighted Clothes).
- Dash Zero is able to accelerate in a quick burst to move in for attack, or evade oncoming attacks, as needed. This dash can also be used in unison with his Zanzōken to further throw off his opponents. Gains a +4 Spd boost when used. 300 Ki per use.
- Redundant Power Supply Zero was created to fight, and that was all! Dr. Wily even created a new source of energy purely for the use in DWN-∞, by combining Bassnium and Evil Energy he created Element Zero. This power source is so strong it needed to be regulated at the risk of destroying the unit. Since being 'awaken' a RR scientist has updated Zero with a second, be it smaller, power source of Element Zero. Restores up to +400 Ki per turn (Ki can't be raised above maximum value).
- Z-Buster Zero is equipped with a Buster much like that of his blue counter-part, X. Dr. Wily made sure it fired a high powered round of Element Zero, so as to out power the X-Buster's single shots. Though this design produces a powerful shot, Zero is unable to charge the buster due to the limiters of his Element Zero. This is so that the device doesn't blow up in his face trying to over charge a shot. Z-Buster shot is equivalent to [Spirit Cannon], and each shot gains a +3 PL (this doesn't stack). 300 Ki per use.
- Z-Saber Zero is a skilled swordsman, and his weapon of choose is a special crafted saber meant for him to use. The Z-Saber is an energy sword, whose blade is made up of pure Element Zero energy. As such when not in use, the hilt of the saber is plugged into a power back on Zero's back to charge. The saber's power is equivalent to [Spirit Sword], and attacks with this sword gain a +4 Str (this doesn't stack). 300 Ki to active, and passive afterwards.
Cost: Passive/Zero is unable to learn Android techniques other than; Built-In Scouter, 3D Scan Mode, and Upgrade 2.0
