As Frostbite approached the Central City, he was impressed to find that this place had been left untouched for the most part. It was sort of refreshing to find an innocent town ready to be poluted by evil and chaos, but for now he would need to train and grow stronger before he would be able to spread the evil influence of Red Ribbon into this city. So far, though, there were no sign of other androids or other property belonging to the military organization he served, so Frost felt no problem relaxing and enjoying the light training from some of his data files. Most of these techniques were from minions who once served Frieza, Cooler, and Cold. That made the skills useful and needed if he were to preserve his character and try to blend in with the rest of the Changling Race. Some of the techniques, he recognized, were utterly stupid and comical yet provided some combat benefit that they were to not be ignored.
As Frostbite selected a city park to begin training in, he noticed that there were people staring at his alien appearance, but they didnt stare long as they moved on with life, hoping that they would not be brutalized by the Changling menace. Frostbite would have ended all of their pathetic lives in an instant provided that had been his mission and not training.
As he scanned the files over in his mind, he noticed how some of these were just simple things that made no sense. Farting? Crotch scratching? Well... it seemed like dirty fighting and who was he to judge? Fighting dirty was never a glamorous art, but sometimes yielded impressive results despite the dishonor involved. Frostbite had no use for this so called honor that most fighters took prize in. He was a killer, and a tyrant in the flesh, the only honor that he needed was the bowing of heads and knees in the pressence of his might. That's all that mattered as the rest was just trivial nonsense that the world seemed to try and stuff down everyone else's throats.
As he practiced the art of building up mucus in his throat and spitting it out, Frostbite felt an urge to do evil swell over him, and it was perfect as this would only complement his training. He spotted a young woman jogging with her dog. "Perfect... so perfect..." He chuckled before flickering infront of her, only to let out a gasp of bad breath in her face. "Bad Breath attack!!" He roared behind the wave of nausiating gas that errupted from his mouth before he farted and knocked her dog out too. As the changling looked to the double knock-out of the woman and the dog, he realized these techniques were pathetic, but overall could be useful in a time were non-lethal force might be required to take down stronger prey. She wasnt dead and neither was the dog, however, Frostbite couldnt let the dog live... it would be an insult, so he began to jump up and down on the animal until he had crushed it. "Welp... my work here is done." He remarked with a smirk as he noted that there were people rushing to help the woman. With that, he flew off into the sky to let the heat die down as he trained above the clouds. Evil knew no limit and showed no mercy so it was perfectly acceptable for Frostbite to show the same qualities considering the genetics that made him combined with the programming made him pure evil.
It was time to work on some more useful techniques though as he hovered there. One was a Ki draining attack that would be incredibly useful to use on those who had no right to have energy. He chuckled as he began to study the technique and how he would have to manipulate his own ki energy into a pink cage like structure that would begin draining the energy out of his enemies. The Absorbers and Cyborgs were going to be the only androids capable of the concept of ki disruption and draining, not if Frostbite could help it. He had a goal to become as good, if not better than those machinated pieces of tin foil and false flesh. It was in his oppinion that as a Bio Android and of the Changling class, he had more potential than any bucket of bolts ever dreamed of having. Sure they could recieve upgrades based on their loyalty and performance as well as other weapons integrated into their bodies, but could they evolve into a higher state of being, growing in strength and power beyond the other races? No... not according to any of the Data that Frostbite held on the different creations of the Red Ribbon Army.
As the Prince of Red Ribbon began training, he continued to gather his ki energy and form cages in the air while the sounds of an ambulance blared as the woman from the park was retrieved and her dog was pronounced dead. Frost found the sounds ammusing and the grief as well as sorrow of those around just perfect. The weeping and crying was like a choral testament to his evil might and a show of the bad things that were to come. Evil had come to this city, and if Frostbite had anything to do about it, it was here to stay. Each energy cage he performed only confirmed that as he trained above the clouds and perfected his technique. It was a nessecery move as he would be expected to show a marginal ammount of growth before reporting back to Red Ribbon and gaining more powers like an Integrated Scouter or the like.
As he trained though, it made him think back to the day he was first popped from the chamber. The purple amniotic fluids that had been artificially created to hold him there in a state of stasis as well as provide regular nutrition while he was being created flowed around him and down into a drain as he opened his eyes and saw the scientist who had created him along with his team. He knew from the very time of birth that these people had invested a lot of time and effort into his creation and he would not betray them by remaining weak. He was designed to be the strongest, and as such that is what he dreamed to become. The scientists at Red Ribbon were counting on him and other new projects to capture the defected, renegade androids and to bring them back to restore honor to the evil army's once prestigeous reputation.
The memories still drove on the Changling Prince to bring forth more power and more energy as he practiced the Chou no Ryoku draining technique. It was his duty to put everything he had behind this training, and it was up to his effort to drive him foward into success. To give anything less than his best would be an insult to thoe who had created him, and that was something he just couldnt do as the desire to bring them honor and gain his own strength and power was too deep rooted into his genetics and systems. Still, he had learned the techniques he wanted to learn and it was time to move along and begin to better himself as his body called for evolution and growth. Was this his genetic coding, or was this the programming forcing him to crave more? He wasnt sure, but it didnt matter as it would benefit his might either way to follow instinct and return to the place were most of his kind had trained and grew on this disgusting, filthy planet.
