Ashpaw was startled at the skill the young kit possessed as his paws were knocked out from under him, he landed on his stomach and rolled over with a pretend snarl as he launched himself playfully at the kit, they both fell to the ground with Ashpaw on top...

Nightkit was going to get swished by the older cat if he didn't move fast. The kit nipped the apprentice under the pit of his front right leg, and twisted his small body out from Ashpaw as he got up enough for him to move around. Then, Nightkit launched himself on the apprentice's back, holding tight with his paws sheathed as he batted Ashpaw's face with his front right paw.

Ashpaw yet again suprized with the young kit, dropped to the ground and rolled careful to keep most of his weight off of him, he turned quickly and pined the kit down and placed his fangs at his neck, though he did not bite

"have either of you seen dawnpaw?we were going to go out for a training session but i can not find her". brackenheart said as she padded up to the young cats playing in front of the nursery

Nightkit instantly went limp when the apprentice placed his teeth on his neck. When Ashpaw loosened his grip, thinking that Nightkit had given up, the kit shot out from the apprentice's grasp, kicking him in the face as he did so.
Duskheart, Greykit, and Stonekit all watched as Nightkit fought with the older cat. All thinking that the kit would one day become a brilliant warrior.

Ashpaw yowled as Nightkit's unsheathed back claws scratched the length of his muzzle, drawing long thin lines of blood, Ashpaw launched himself at the small kit, his claws unsheathed and dug them into the kits shoulder, when he realized what he had done he gasped, "im so sorry Nightkit" he mewed backing up quickly his nose stinging and blood running down his chest fur..

"No it's my fault, I forgot to keep my claws sheathed." The kit mumbled as his mother and sisters burster out of the Nursery.
"Nightkit!" Stonekit squealed as she rushed over to her older brother.
"Are you alright?" All three of the she-cats sniffed him as he struggled to get free.

Ashpaws head lowered at Duskhearts gaze, "i really didn't mean to hurt him" he said his voice full of sadness at the thought of his having hurt a kit, scince he was at the end of his training
(and is it ok with Juniperheart if she is Ashpaws mentor?)

Dawnpaw lifted her head during the fight, indicating to Brackenheart where she was. "At the end of the fight, she noticed how Nightkit has made Ashpaw bleed, and how Ashpaw retailated. Gasping, she hurried over to Nightkit. "Are you okay?" she asked, while pressing on some cobwebs.

Dawnpaw had finished treating Nightkit, and was sad to see that Ashpaw thought it was his fault. She peered into the den to see a huddled shape. "Ashpaw, you have 3 seconds to get out of this den before I have to come ver there and make you get out." Dawnpaw said. "1..."

Ashpaw thought that Dawnpaw was going to yell at him, but still he got up and sat before her, his ears low and his eyes staring at the ground, "yes" he mewed softly

Dawnpaw shook her head in dissapointment. "I didn't think it had to come down to this." she said. She cuffed Ashpaw around the ear.

Ashpaw started when dawnpaw cuffed his ear, "well i suppose i deserved that" he murmered staring at his paws

Dawnpaw huffed, now starting to get frustrated. "ASHPAW!!!!!! Quit being sad!!!!!!! It wasn't your fault!!!!!!!! SO STOP BEING SAD!!!!!!" she said.
