Kiora looked at him, her eyes trusting his words. She nodded and rested her head against him, suddenly glad that she had asked him to stay with her that night. "So tired," she whispered softly.

"Go to sleep hun, I'll be here all night. I won't leave you." He held her in his arms. His lips pressed into her hair, holding her close to him.

Kiora drifted back to sleep in his arms, knowing he spoke the truth. She could only drift into a light, slightly restless sleep because of the nightmares.

He laid her down, but continued to hold her. He stayed awake all night making sure she didn't have another nightmare. When she woke up in the morning he was laying next to her stroking her hair.

Kiora smiled at him gently. "Thank you," she said softly. "Since you stayed up all night, you should get some rest. I can handle breakfast and lunch for you later."

He kissed her cheek. He let his lips rest there a minute then pulled away and smiled yawning. "Thank you."

Kiora tucked him into bed and kissed his cheek. "I love you, Aries," she whispered.

He smiled having heard her and he falls asleep.

Kiora dressed and went downstairs. She spent the morning baking break and checking her arrows. She planned on going hunting and making stew for dinner with whatever she managed to catch. After the bread was done, she covered it with a cloth to keep it from getting hard. She stepped outside with her bow and arrows and began her hunt.

She notices a small wooded area next to the cabin. She can hear animals moving around in the woods.

She crept forward on silent feet, eyes searching the thicket for something to eat for dinner.

A doe ran infront of her, she was followed by a huge buck.

Kiora shot the buck, hungry at the sight of the creature.

The buck made a small noise before falling to the ground dead. The doe took one look at him then scampered off.Aries woke up unable to sleep very long. He got up and went downstairs. He looked around for Kiora.
