Kauro glanced back at Unisha as they walked and she spoke. "How did you just get a new form?" He asks curiously. "It's very... interesting." Kind of reminds me of some of the other's. He thought as he paused when she pulled out the little pouch of gil, Accepting it from her and looking inside. "Odd form of money." He said as he closed it again, then kept moving, heading towards the cavern open to the sky. He figured they were likely to meet the most resistance there, as it was the first large open area in these narrow tunnels. "I think there likely to try to stop us in the cavern ahead." He said, glancing back at Unisha. "Can any of them fly?"

Kauro Glanced back at Unisha as they entered the cavern. "That is odd. So all the creature's have money and stuff on them?" He asks as they entered the cavern, suspiciously clear of enemy's as he looked around, the blood tattooing the surface of his body flowing slowly and visibly in the sunlight that filtered down there. "This was too easy..." He says as he looked up, listening for a moment, trying to pick out the cry's of creatures.

Kauro saw the familiar massive dragon-like being fly over the top of the crater. He was just about to hail it when it suddenly sent a blindingly huge blast of fire straight down into the crater, where it would bottle up and hit him and Unisha. He saw the golden sheild spring to life, but he could tell, it would never hold against that strike, not unassisted. His eyes narrowed slightly as what looked like a heat wave surrounded the gold shield around them, and Unisha would feel something interweaving the threads of the magic, strengthening them to amazing proportions. Then, as the massive blast hit, they carefully pulled on the thread's of unisha's barrier, shrinking it down with the hit, simaltaneously reducing the damaging force and the area that needed to be protected, essentially almost quadrupling the strength of the sheild as well as the flame's raged around them before dieing off some, as anything like that would with nothing to use as fuel. As soon as the flames dissipated, the strengthening force vanished again from the shield Unisha had erected as Kauro sighed, slumping slightly. Physically, as usual, he was still fine, but exerting the control to interweave the threads of his field with her's had taken a huge toll of his mental reserve's, even if they had done almost nothing to his physical ones. Right now, if Deathwing attacked again, there was no chance he'd be able to do it a second time. He looked up towards the sky and the approachign creatures and sighed again. So far, he had managed to get by without using any of his own unique ability's, only those absolutly any angel had, albeit with a little more control, and some of Lilith's granted power's. But, there were so many up there, he would need to call on something more to take them out... At least if he was alone. He looked towards Unisha. "Think we could get through them before they form up?" He asks, since they were spread all over the sky, relatively thinly. His voice projected just the tiniest but of the mental effort he had put out.

Kauro nodded, he still had plenty of energy for natural manipulation, it was just the more complex manipulations that would be beyond his limits right now. "Yes, I can still fly easily enough, but attacking could be a problem. If you can clear a path I can keep up." He said, then glanced at her. "What about you? Can you still get out? I can hold them off, just not attack at the same time."

Kauro cocked his head slightly at Unisha's stamtemnet for a moment before the memory came through. "Ah, I remember now. Yes, I can see why you dont like her, quite easily." He said, and observed a second as Unisha flew upwards, before flying off the ground himself, right behind her as they shot for the surface. As soon as she cleared enough space, he shot up and through the hole, specifically forcing the creature's farther back to give her an opening to get out as well. He had actually shoved them back with targeted shockwaves from his flight through the gap, to force it wider open, As his defense barrier manifested around him to step any opportunist's from striking him. Sadly, thanks to his power setup, even though he was in good phisical shape, he would almost never even be out of breath no matter the combat, simply because all of his trick's and ability's were mental.

Kauro's eye twitched slightly as the creatures suddenly slammed into his sheild, which really signified how draining the fight against Jenova had been. He could hold the sheild easily, but if this kept up, it would start to hurt. Generally, if he overextended his ability's. it came back to bite his a** latter in the form of a blinding migraine if he had used enough. Normally that didnt happen, but normally he hadnt had all of the usable blood around he had had there in the crater. "Unisha, we should go. I doubt you can keep using that much power for long." He said, specifically not mentioning any problem's on his part. Right now she was the best fighter here, and he didnt want to burden her mind worryign about him.

Kauro nodded in response to Unisha's plan to get through the enemy, sticking close to her as she sent the holy light out, and watching the remnant's as they retreated. "Certainly, lets get moving." He said, but waited for her to go first before staying close to her. She had exhuasted a lot of energy in her attack's, and she seemed quite tired now. He didnt want her strength failing her and her plummeting into the ocean. He coudnt stop her strength from failing, but at least, he could catch her if he needed to. He knew from observing the avian species on another planet that flying in this kind of atmosphere took more work then ground travel.

Kauro watched the pursuit falling further and further behind as he heard Unisha's comment in his mind, and laughed. The laugh had an odd, indiscernible extra quality about it, just something subtle that made it seem different somehow. It was more of a feeling then an actual change in the sound. "I can see that. You do look tired." He sent to her as they flew through the air onwards. He was going to stay close so that if her wings did give out, then she woudnt end up falling to her death somewhere. After what she had done to help him out, it was only fair, and didnt even start to make up to repaying her after all.
