Having built up momentum from his flailing around, the hydra simply rolled over sideways to dodge the frag shot, which didn't explode until it was far behind the hydra thanks to the lack of impact until it touched the ground. The sideways movement simultaneously dodged Andrew's and Liliana's attacks. Well, most of Liliana's attack. About a third of the widely spread out ice shards hit the hydra's side as it finished its roll. However, none of them managed to penetrate the hid deeply enough to do more than lightly wound the beast.

Two of the heads caught on to the airborne Yoh and, as he shot, they simultaneously fired high-powered streams of water. One of them hit the bullet from an angle, deflecting it so the shot went wide while the other jet of water was aimed straight at the gunslinger. Meanwhile, the other three heads dealt with the other three novices. One of them blasted Lilliana and Cain, who were close enough to be taken down in the same shot. Another head shot a stream of water at Andrew. The last head stood at standby, ready to continue the stream of water to prevent any defense from holding out. Unless the novices had something that could defend them from an attack that could easily knock over a four-story building, they weren't going to be able to defend from the attack.

"I'll keep moving. Never stopping until I'm the greatest there is..."

Alewar quickly barrel-rolled to the left in an attempt to dodge the stream of water. However, some of the water clashed with Drew's leg, pulling him with it and causing him to fall off Alewar's back and causing him to wince from the sudden push that nearly broke his leg. "Dangit!" Drew yelled in fear as the ground got closer and closer. But to his luck, Alewar dove down below Drew, catching him before he collided with the ground. Drew panted as he looked around. "That was close...," he muttered. Then he patted Alewar's back. "Okay, can you get me close to the heads? We need to take out his eyes first." The dragon nodded as he then rocketed towards the head that shot water at him earlier. Once he was close enough, Drew generated two fireballs in his hands, which he then threw at the Hydra, aiming for the eyes. After that, Alewar spun in the air to gain distance from the Hydra incase it went on the offensive again.

One of the perks of being a many-headed beast was that it was awfully hard for the opponent to keep track of each and every head. Another perk was that there was rarely a blind-spot with each head turned at a different angle.

To deal with the ice shards forming above it, the middle head of the hydra shot a stream of water around the entire aerial circle, finishing just in time to dodge the bullet from Yoh.
(OOC: Fail explanation, but I think that should work... right?)

Just as Drew tossed the fireball at one of the hydra's head, an attack that the head easily dodged, another head started coming from the side. As Alewar spun in the air but before he could put much distance between the pair and the hydra, the jaws of the other head clamped down hard on the summon and trickster pair. At least, that's what it planned to do. Who knows, maybe they had some sort of evasive/defensive maneuver that they could use while in the air and without anything to maneuver with?

As for Yoh, he was right. The reserve head did try to spray him out after seeing him land on the island, but the gunslinger (OOC: I think?) was too quick and had already moved off of it by the time he had gotten off. However, the flexibility of the neck and the fact that since the hydra knew of his existence by now and so kept him within at least one field of vision allowed most of the head that Yoh had aimed at to dodge out of the way of the bullet. The only head that suffered was the one that had been forced to dodge Andrew's attack. Even then, though, its tough skin protected it from most of the damage, leaving only a somewhat nasty-looking wound right above its eye. The damaged head took a shot at Yoh, launching a large stream of water at him and intending to follow him across the sky with the continuous stream.

Meanwhile, the other four heads dealt with other problems. Two of them shot powerful jets of water at Lilliana while another one shot an equally strong jet of water at the very exposed Cain. As for the fourth head, it would either be preoccupied with Alexander and the dragon or stand in reserve.

(OOC: Oh shoot, you launched another ice shard attack eek ? Gah, give me a second, or maybe a couple hours, to edit my post gonk .)

Cain the Cyclops
BANG!...




The massive water blast barreled towards Cain as the water was immediatly cut away. Standing in the raining water was a man with long white hair and a torn away jacket revealing his scar covered upper torso. The massive image of a heavy gattling gun is in the man's hands as Cain had transformed into his Furioso Cannon form.

"Furioso cannon actived, now advancing!"

Cain walks towards the beast, firing his furioso cannon with hundreds of bullets a minute toward's the unprotected belly of the hydra.
