Vash cleared his thoughts then looked around the room. "I think that would be best." He then looked at the boy. "Is it hard to do it alone?"

she looks at her son "Tyler is my life, i want to protect him but i don't want to lose him either and if you mean raising a child on your own, sometimes, there is time where i am so tired that i wish i had another person to help me, other times it goes over well."

She smiled "that would be great" she picks Tyler out of the play pen and sat him on her lap facing Vash. Tyler took the sippy cup from his mouth and spoke clearly for the first time in a while "hi"

Vash smiled back at her then to Tyler. "That was my dad's name, I like it." He then looked back over to her. "I don't remember him much because he went away to the war and never returned to us. But I guess you sorta know about that."

she nods "i didn't know my father all that well, i was 6 and Baketsu was 4 when he left us in the care of the village elder, i guess he was doing what was right for us" Tyler took another drink from his sippy cup.

"I guess we all see hard times sooner or lattor. But it is time to move on." He pointed to a room over in the corner. "He can sleep in there, but I only have my room after that. I can pull in another bed, or you can sleep with tyler. Although that room is a bit small for the two of you."

"I was never too good with kids...they tend to fear me." Vash let the boy come to him but he was not set on what to do with him at that point. He looked to his mother with a face of desperation and confusion.

Didi smiled "i'll help you" she lifts Tyler and sits him on his lap 'just make sure he doesn't fall and to help when he wants to go down, and he does let you know when wants to go down"

Vash stumbled as the kid was placed on his lap. He was a world class ninja yet he felt so useless when it went down to a simple thing like this. "I guess you little things are not that bad after all..." He sorta poked at Tyler not knowing exactly what to do with him now that he was here. "Like this?!" He stumbled around,letting the nerves get the best of him.

Tyler took a hold of his finger and laughs then lets it go, he had a big smile on his face. Didi nods "he likes you, he's not afraid of you"

If only he could feel the same about him. The kid could see that he was not good at it, but to laugh was just a low blow. "So a little joker huh?" Vash smiled then put Tyler down. "I can get you anything you need, just let me know."

Tyler goes over to the playpen and grabs his teddy bear and pulls it out. Didi nods "thank you so much for your help"
