I'm terribly sorry about all that, it normally doesn't take so long, but most of the people on approval area duty are having midterms and such. It's a rather depressing lapse of time. =(
If you want to go look at the moderator list in this subforum, and pester one of the approval area mods with a pm, I'm sure they wouldn't mind.

Alright I have another question..
To begin training it says we need to see to Kage of our village to get permission. Though in Konoha it says do not talk to the Kage directly and talk to your squad leader. So I'm not sure what I am suppose to do since i see no squad list.

In the training system, it says you do not need anyone to teach you Bloodline jutsu nor do you need permission from the Kage. But that's what i read :/

I have no idea why that is in there. If your looking for the kage he is in the academy with me and the snow kage. you should head over there.

I have questions as well and without reading every page, I apologize for asking again if I am.
1. What restrictions do Genin Tamer class have on selecting a pet?
[Ex: Four legged animals that are young]
2. Do we beginning roleplaying in a certain area after our profile has been approved?

Its all good dude.
1st question. Just about what ever you want as long as you dont go overboard with it.
2nd question. No there is no set location but it is well advised to find your kage so that you can get a headband and start learning jutsus other than those of your bloodline.

The Ressuken Taijutsu style is currently off limits, and it is the Taijutsu I wanted to learn(actually was hoping to master it), Is it being redone, should I wait untill its avalible again, or should I pick a new one because it's not allowed anymore?

You should probably pick a new one because it is getting redone and the mod doing it is having computer issues so I have no specific time-table to offer you.

Nother question man sorry. how do you decide things like the strength of a character. I made my guy big and put the physical strength was his strong point, but how is it actually decided?
