Saleria got in before the lid was closed and the propulsions were engaged once they were forced down into the water. They had left Dathan to get back to Lukhan's slowly, a barrier rising over the Pod to allow it back in.

Like he would have given up the chance to show off the Aramilian's new royal flagship. Akeem stood proud upon the deck, legs firmly planted and parted to combat the constant to and fro of the boat. It was a magnificent sight to behold, large and sturdy with the blazing red flag of the nation flying high in the breeze. Akeem Malek had come a very long way from the first day he was king. Now he settled into his role and looked the part. The djinn was well groomed and dressed to kill. Where he used to wear an open vest and battle-ready pants he now wore a fully tailored suit. Settled around his head was the golden crown, crafted by most skilled hands in all of Aramil. Resting against his forehead was a great ruby, sparkling in the harsh sunlight. Akeem's molten eyes had their gaze cast upon Dathan Town, the one and only colony that was settled anywhere on Kevai. His face was set in what seemed to be an eternal frown and his muscles were currently pressing flush against the material of his suit. The King had his arms crossed over his chest and was busy opening and closing his hands slightly. The last thing West had asked of him was to conquer these lands and reclaim what was once apart of a greater nation. For months now Akeem had been planning this out and working with hundreds of his people to bring it to light. He had sent out scouting party after scouting party further into the deserts and lands of Vhal'gast than ever before and all the reports were the exact same: Wurms and Monsters. These beasts had ravaged the lands and stolen them away, Akeem was determined to get them back. The way he saw it they were an infestation. If he could perhaps find their queens or mothers he could eradicate the blight and bring these lands back under his control.
The shouting from the captain and first mate to their men brought Akeem out of his musings. They were nearing the harbor and the sails had to be brought down. He quietly observed where everyone was going and decided to help out. Deft fingers made short work of his jacket buttons and it was off in no time. The king unbuttoned his cuffs and rolled them up to his elbows, knowing that Bastion would never let him live it down if he ruined yet another set of clothing. Speaking of the boy, he was currently standing just a few feet behind Akeem. There was hardly a time that he was not around the King actually. Ever since their bond had formed when Akeem saved him from that facility they were inseperable. There were so many factors that went into that bond for both of them. Traumatized by what he had done in the past and his inability to reproduce without causing death Akeem sought a child in a different way. Bastion became that for him. To the boy he owed his savior his life, but the kindness Akeem had showed him turned that feeling of debt into the feeling of love. Bastion would follow Akeem into hell and back barefoot if the djinn ever asked. Not that he would. With eyes wide with caution Bastion watched the men rush to their posts and picked his way across to Akeem. The djinn smiled down at him as he reached for a tied rope. "So, what do you think?" The man asked the young one as he firmly tugged on the braided rope. Akeem was never one to sit idle when there was work to be done, no matter his station. The men around him gave him curious looks but did not dare to object. The king merely smiled to himself. He had always believed a leader should eat, train, work, and live with his men. The boy puckered his lips slightly and furrowed his brow; his signature pensive look. As the djinn pulled in time with the commands of the captain the boy took it all in. There had been so many changes in his short life. There was the facility and it was all he had known for so long. There he had only known pain. But Akeem and Mina and the rest of his companions had come to save him and he became something akin to a prince. There was comfort, love, adoration, and safety. Then his 'father' had chosen conquest and now there was: sand. Lots and lots of sand. And heat. The warmth in the air was almost unbearable. Bastion had felt so grateful to the sea breeze but now they were to disembark and into the wastes there were to go. The look on his face said all Akeem needed and the king laughed heartily. "Did you know that I used to live in a place very much like this? My kind live in their own communities in some of the harshest climates. This heat feels almost like a welcome home to me." Wonder passed through the young one's face, an awe of sorts. Then it was determination. He would endure it because Akeem did. Once the sails were down it was a matter of steering the boat into the docks. Men went ahead and tied the beast down. Akeem waited for the gangplank to be lowered and he walked to it side by side with Bastion. Before leaving the boat he felt a small hand touch his arm. The boy was looking at him expectantly and he nodded his head to Akeem's rolled up sleeves and jacket. "A king should look like a king." He said in his normal quiet voice. With that, Akeem could not argue. He fixed his appearance until he was the image that everyone expected.
It was to fanfare of course. Akeem was still a hero even though half a year had passed since the death of Kaminae. "East! East!" They chanted as if they could resurrect the very battle with the sea b***h right then and there. Akeem remained stern and strong, though not arrogant. He met eyes with his people and nodded his head, only once raising his hand in the air to greet them all. Bastion walked alongside him like a shadow, never stumbling and never seeking the attention. Once or twice he looked up at the King with a faint smile upon his face. The shouts of joy came from all kinds of people. Warriors and soldiers saluted their king who fought alongside them and citizens who enjoyed his rule. Akeem had made advances and opened up tradeways to improve the general way of life in his nation. Now Dathan Town could get the care it needed to protect it from the monsters. Before entering the soldier's barracks and base of operations Akeem turned to the people. He raised a hand for silence and it came as a hush over the crowd. For a moment he merely met their eyes, and then he spoke. "Forgive me, I have done wrong. Too long has Dathan Town suffered from nigh on constant attacks from the monsters of Val-Ghast. That time is coming to an end. I come here with a promise to eradicate the threat to my people and bring Kevai back under the Aramilian banner!" The King of the East thrust his hand into the air and received a deafening roar of support. The boy at his side was beaming up at him and that was the greatest reward of them all. Akeem was ushered inside by a few of his men and the noise soon died down. From here he began to plan the raids he would embark on. A board was put up just outside the building that featured information for signups on these missions. Anyone and everyone was welcome to join in the battle against wurms and the cancerous creatures that plagued these lands.

Saleria followed after Akeem as they were shot through the cannon back up to the port. She noticed the sight of the flagship as everyone seemed to be excited about him setting sail to go to Amaranthine to meet with the King or something over there. It's probably going to be more difficult due to the wurms, but Saleria was hungry for some weird meat. She boarded the ship along with Akeem as everything seemed to be happening fast, she couldn't keep track of it. But the fact she was standing on a slightly rocking ship on water, made her weak to her stomach as she held it a tad bit. The Phoenix was not that good at sea, even more so if she were to fall into the water, she'd be dead. It slowly made her more sick as she curled up like a ball on the steel ship, her flame cooling down slightly. She looked towards where the King was before she ran up to him quickly, leaving a small trail of fire as she stood before him. "S-Sir, can I go and relax in the ship's furnace?" She asked him again, not receiving a real answer from him before, it'd be free food for her, but it'd also help the ship in traveling due to having more heat to power it. But without so much for waiting for an answer, she was quick to run into the ship and get into the furnace for travel.
The time of travel was a bit surprising for her, but she was already full from eating most of the coal and wood for fuel. She sighed as she got out, rubbing her abdomen as the coal jostled around inside of her stomach as she got out and headed back out for the deck as she looked around. The place was so desolate with the sand everywhere, causing Saleria to giggle at the sight of Val-ghast. She town seemed a bit more old as she looked around for a bit before she got off and followed Akeem into the Military Barracks of the town. The place seemed a bit weird since their last visit as she wasn't that much more welcome'd here than an Undine who came in. The place seemed to be filled with hope thanks to Akeem who was giving a small speech. A promise to eradicate the problem, it made Saleria beam with happiness as she gets to partake in the task of liberation.

Sophia listens to Akeem's speech. She leans on the railing, relaxing after the mission. Hearing Saleria speak up, she chuckles. "I suppose you wouldn't exactly be comfortable in this environment, would you?" She looks out over the town. "Oh well, I suppose you saw what's important. Nice to see the town how it's normally acting, for the most part. They probably had to shape things up for him." She gestures towards Akeem, then crosses her arms over her chest. She sits down, propping her weapons beside her, and looks at Akeem. "If he agrees to have you stay down there, I'll let you know when we're almost at our destination, okay?" She turns and smiles at Saleria.
How had he gotten here? It felt like days, and he knew the swirl of time. Where was he last? Where would he be next? He could see it and yet he couldn't. Why? What had happened? He was...In a place...Large man, small man. Robotic arm? God his head hurt. Where was he even traveling and what was that blasted noise? Was someone cheering? Were they marching? What was going on? He might as well follow, and so he did. It was simple at first, just walk and be with them, just walk as a unit. Someone was royal or something, as they liked an entourage. Maybe they were just famous? He knew nothing of no one, so it didn't matter to him. He simply started opening and closing his pocket watch rapidly, time swirling onto him. It fueled him and he loved it. It made him feel younger, so young he let out a loud "Ahhh A passionate one as well. This would of course, alert the people he was with, if they were listening anyway. Would he get in trouble? Wo knew. Time would tell, and he was good at telling time.

(Actual Layout coming soon) Today had been... Well... s**t. Ever tried to punch a bird? Luka had about a hour prior to the Aramil flags were seen off the coast. It was a simple enough job by some guy named Gerik. Wicked smart human that had a knack for making machines and an army of evolving robot things. He needed the feathers of a great vulture. It seemed simple enough and payout was nice, but those birds are smarter than people give them credit for. Luka almost broke his neck a few times trying to get in range of that stupid bird and it would just hover out of reach as if mocking him. Well, now that b*****d was his meal tonight and with some of the reward he got a warm drink would go with it.
The town had been a good source of income for the past few days, and the work he did legitamently helped the people. Plus he got to do what he loved to do without all the bullshit five middle men that needed talking to. People just came up to him, asked for help killing something nearby, offered a reward that seemed like it was all they owned, he would go out and kill it, bring back proof of the kill, and tone down the reward to twenty percent of the original offer. He did not need to take everything from this town. He just needed to be able to be come what comfortable, and that was easier than it sounded.
So now these new guys came into town. Normally he did not like other hunters taking potential jobs from him, but the dangers they were heading towards was something Luka knew something about. He also knew that he would not have been able to take on that challenge solo. Even more so, he had been away from the crowd surrounding the new arrivals while drinking from his mug. His eyes had been scanning them, learning. Another reason to not get mad of this encroachment: the speaker's bite was just as big as his bark, and his voice was very hard to block out. He looked human. Vampire? No, daylight, duh. Lycan? No, did not have any sense of feral strength. Whatever he was, it was a very powerful breed and one that would probably snap Luka in two.... As of right now. Later? Luka would love to duel him when things got somewhat fairer.
Luka returned the tavern mug and geared up. A great sword on his back, a broadsword sheathed on his left hip, a handaxe hanging from his right hip, and one or two more weapons on his person; he liked having a weapon for every situation. Afterwards he joined with the crew that the supposed 'King of the East' had gathered. The look in the man's face when Luka signed up was priceless. It was as if he had never seen someone walk around with about two hundred or so pounds of weaponry before. Luka just winked and found a wall to lean on with his arms crossed. He was gathering information from the people around him. Observing, analyzing. It was something he used when fighting, and one or two of the people here could be classified as '******** monsters' when it came to terms of power.

Saleria heard a loud 'Ahhh', as if someone was making love with something as she walked out into the town. She looked around and noticed a long haired man as she glowed with excitement. "SOCIAL ACTIVITY!!!" She shouted before she ran off to go and hug the Chrono Keeper, that was until she noticed someone else going inside. "Awwww dang it!" With that, she reached for the man's hand to try and drag him inside to go after Luka who went in. She then noticed the man leave to go to to the tavern as she followed after him, dragging the Chrono keeper behind her. "HEY! Wait up!" She shouted as her body heat was sky-rocketing, turning the ground where her foot steps into glass as she was trying to keep up with him.

Akeem had retreated from the staring eyes of the crowd and into the privacy of the Captain's quarters. He took in a deep breath and gazed at himself in the standing mirror. The djinn's peach toned skin gave him an appearance close enough to human that he was often mistaken for such. It tended to be his golden eyes that gave him away, but someone had to be close to see that. Those molten eyes bore into their own reflection as East searched himself. He could remember the day he had been called to the palace in Aramil and how odd he felt. Now all of those niceties and social statuses were all his. How strange a man could come. First he had put his clan before him, focusing on becoming the greatest warrior he could be. Then he had been consumed by greed and agony. He put his own needs before his lover's and that ended in the worst way imaginable. Once again he dedicated himself to being the greatest warrior. Akeem had been fine as a simple captain of the guard. He loved his work, it kept him focused and busy. Then he became King of Aramil, and now King of the East. So much was on him, but the djinn knew he could bare the weight. That was his duty, and he would always put his nation above him.
Rough hands reached upward and pulled at the knot around his neck. Akeem never understood the need for things like ties but had conceded defeat when his stylist had threatened to quit and leave these matters up to the djinn himself. There were few things in life that Akeem feared, hell he had taken on an actual goddess and slayed her, but having to tackle the world of fashion statements was just beyond him. So ties it was. The door opened quietly behind him and through the glass Akeem saw Bastion enter. He smiled softly as he made short work of his shirt. The boy padded quietly across to a chair and took a seat, his legs swinging back and forth freely. The silence between them was different in nature than the usual. Bastion was normally qiuet, choosing to portray his feelings through actions instead of words. But Akeem sensed there was something off. After removing his series of shirts he turned to the boy and spoke. "What is it? Was it my speech? Maybe I should have mentioned West, that would have really rallied them. Or was it my hair? I spent so long on it this morning..." Each word he spoke was touched with his accent, turning the words into flavorful sounds pouring from his mouth. Common was not his first tongue, that much was obvious. The boy gave Akeem a look that meant he knew what the djinn was doing. That brought a laugh to the man and a small smile to Bastion. Akeem eyed him through the mirror and urged him on with a nod of his head. "It'll be dangerous..." The boy looked down to his feet and let out a tiny sigh. Akeem quickly crossed the room and put a hand on the boy's shoulder. He knelt down to his level and began to speak. "I would sooner throw my crown down into the sea than let my men fight my battles for me. I promise you it is not my intent to die any time soon. Besides, I'll have you by my side, no?" The djinn asked, raising an eyebrow and smiling wryly. Bastion peeked out from behind his hair and his smile grew. Akeem nodded his head and stood up, crossing his arms over his chest before talking again. "Now, do you have them? I entrusted them to you for safe keeping, I know you wouldn't let me down." The boy jumped to his feet and literally thrust hius hands into his stomach. When Akeem first had seen him do this he almost had an early onset heart attack. Even though he was over one hundred years old it was far too early for him to die like that. Bastion's torso seemed to shimmer until it became clear and revealed the treasure Akeem had spoken of. The boy pulled out two, black as night, gauntlets. Quickly the djinn reached for them, knowing exactly how cold they were. Bastion seemed relieved and equally as interested as his king slipped his hand into one of them. Chills ran down the Akeem's spine as the cold siezed him. He could feel Belfast reacting to his energy and literally felt it crawling up his arm. The metal pushed flush against his skin, almost painfully. But the moment Akeem thought he would have to pull them off it ceased. Frigid End, that had been the name Bastion suggested for these would be the end of his enemies. Once the metal settled against his shoulder Akeem flexed and felt it move with him. The same process was repeated and in no time the djinn was ready for battle. He donned his typical black vest lined with gold and his battle pants and shoes.
When the door opened once more and Akeem came out a hush fell over the room. There were a few more people assembled now, clearly not people of the Aramilian army. It seemed Dathan Town had made itself out to be quite an attraction for monster hunters. Seeing the king battle-ready sent a ripple around the room. He made his way to a board and tapped a long list. "This is the Creature Codex, a collection of all the known monsters of Axiom. Just uh, do not read it too closely. I am not sure it was written for people who speak Common...or any language at that." It was well known the codex was a great source of brain degredation, Akeem just wanted to protect his soldiers and people from that. "Kevai happens to be home to just about every kind of creature there is here. My plan is eradicate these beasts from our land. I am going to start from the top of this list and work my way down. We will find the brood mothers or otherwise origin point of these monsters and destroy them. If you are up to the task come to me. I will be personally leading these excursions, though I cannot guarentee your safety. Know that this is dangerous, I will never lie to you about this." Akeem finished and looked around the room, seeing his soldiers immediately step up to the task. That heartened him. Perhaps West would be proud of the respect he commanded.

It was getting hot. Very hot. Inside a closed building? That would be very bad. But Luka was curious about the woman calling for whom he assumed was him. Fire elemental? Best guess. Very expressive. Temperature must react to emotion. Control over her power? Maybe, maybe not. She was either with the Aramillian troops or a new person just passing through, though the former seemed more plausible. That meant she would attend the hunt. She would either be a valuable asset or a ticking time bomb. Either way, not his problem. He raised his right hand in an u hostile manner. "Might wanna cool it, miss. Fire and wood don't mix very well and I'm partial to this place. He was smiling softly, obviously a semi joke to ease the mood.
For whatever reason a new idea entered Luka's mind: an ax that could switch into a sword. Sure, it seemed redundant, but to be able to switch styles mid swing and have something that cool seemed pretty cool. Something to think about. The question was how to engineer something like that without losing cutting power and effectiveness.
What in the world had he gotten himself into? So someone had heard the AHHH So what? He thought maybe this was it! Time to defend himself! He readied Kronos, ready to push the button when the person running towards her shouted SOCIAL ACTIVITY!"What the?" He said aloud, confused as the flame being came towards her. It sounded feminine, but he wasn't sure...It was walking fire. IT was coming for a hug, and Lysandre simply stared. What should he do? Nothing told him he was about to die, so why...Care? Wait? Wouldn't it hurt? She stopped? Why did she stop? What was going on? Everything seemed normal in the time line, which Lysandre was absorbing. Awwww, dang it!"Aww dang it what? Aww dang it what!" He shouted as his hand was grabbed. This was it! This was the moment of truth!...Nothing. He felt no pain. She was hot, in more than one way, but not deathly. Dragged into the Tavern, he noticed that the sand had turned to glass. Why was...Oh wait. Time. It was setting in. "SON OF A !" Lysandre shouted as he pulled away from the flame spirit. Oh God! "Oh god! Oh God! My hand! Oh god!..." He shouted as he flung his arm around, his arm catching fire in the process. Someone else was in the bar, and they were trying to make the mood better. "GImme a moment" Lysandre stated as he ran out of the bar, another version of himself quickly walking back in. Time had its many benefits. "So. What is going on? Where am I?" Lysandre stated as he looked to the both of them. He wondered what happened to the other one of him...But time would make use of that one.

She stood before Luka, after playing catch-up with him as she was panting heavily, taking in oxygen to keep her body intact. When she was done, she stood up straight and made a faint whistling sound before she looked to Luka. They were inside a wooden place, a place most would go crazy cause she was inside of it. She giggled from his small semi-joke before she smiled at him once again, the man behind her screaming in confusion before she soon waved a hand to hush him. "It'll be alright, I can control the flames around me." She told Luka as the wood underneath her had already blacked and had small scorch ticks inside of it. "I'm not going to end up destroying everything." She soon looked to the man who seemed to have calmed down after having first degree burns on his hand as she smiled at him. "Having fun?" Sophia approaches Saleria. She had zoned out while leaning against the railing, and now approached the new group. "I see you made some new friends." She laughs, then looks at the newcomers, extending her hand. "Hi, I'm Sophia. Saleria's partner. Nice to meet you." She smiles at them.

TABTABLuka smirked and shook Sophia's hand. Sophia and Saleria. Luka noticed that her handshake was firm and powerful for someone who looked like she was more so there for show rather than fighting. So the weapons were not just for show, good to know. In fact, both were apparently knights of Amaril, which meant both were front line fighters like himself. Although, they probably were not as aggressive and offensive as he was. They take on the big guy and hold him off while he kills off the little ones then pincer for easy wins? Ok, this was not a hazard; this was just plain fun and funny.
TABTAB"Luka. Ex.... well, I guess I still am a merc somewhat. Been hunting around the area. It's gotten pretty bad, so I'm glad to see someone actually trying to do something about besides myself." A hint of pride? Maybe, but it was not like he had no reason to feel that way. A kingdom was nothing without its people. Piss off the common folk by ignoring them and rebellions were bound to happen. But show them you care, especially when they have no real ruler? That flips the script. Overall, a good, profitable, albeit dangerous move.
TABTAB"I'll be joining in on the fun." He turned his head to the fearful barmaid and signaled her that the tavern was indeed not going to end up a smoldering pile of ash and that he wanted another drink. He glanced over the three women for real this time... Sorry, two women and the male, to who he pointed at lazily. "Your friend always this... spastic?" That much fire and he panics like this? Luka mentally sighed. These Aramilians had better be worth it or a lot of people were going to die because of stupidity.
So much people. What have I gotten myself into? Lysandre thought as he looked at the two he was now dealing with. The fire one was eccentric and the other one was...Well he was a character. What could Lysandre say about him? His arm was burnt. Ok? He could deal with that. He would have to work on a sense of regeneration, but that could wait for now. "King you say?" Lysandre asked as he looked to the flame girl. "What is doing what?" Has asked again confused. This could be his chance to get stronger though. He needed to break through the fabric of time, so this would be something, especially to see a historical event go down? Having fun? Someone asked, causing Lysandre to turn. "Well hello" Lysandre said as he looked to the new coming woman. Two men, two women, what a catch. "Lysandre" Lysandre stated as he shook Sophia's extended hand. Lysandre looked to Saleria. He was wondering what her name was, he just had to remember it now. "Nice to meet you too" Lysandre says with a smile. Both of them were not pushovers thought. They were strong for their stature, which made Lysandre smile to himself. And he's Luka? Lysandre thought as he looked to the other male. Luka ex? Maybe an old warrior of some sort?" Lysandre thought, until Luka pointed at him. Your friend always this... spastic? Repeated in Lysandre's mind for a couple moments. "I will have fun draining the moments you have left." Lysandre stated coldly as he began to click his pocket watch, sucking in more time. Guess he had picked the wrong time to come and make friends.

Weapon and Talent
Talent Name: Chrono Fantasia Talent Description: As long as Lysandre (As he calls himself) is near or has an item that is related to time (Say a clock, or pocket watch) Lysandre is able to suck in 10 minutes of time for each post. If he tries to suck up time while near a time related item, his time will be doubled as well, meaning if he absorbed 15 minutes from an enemy during normal means, with a pocket watch in hand, he would absorb 30 minutes from his enemy. Talent Weakness: This talent can only be used with a time related item, and without it he is caused to work just as a normal time mage.. If his time related item is broken however, he will have to pay an hour worth (60 minutes) No matter what.
Weapon Name: Kronos Weapon Rank: B Weapon Type: Scythe Weapon Description: Kronos is hard to explain. When you think scythe, you think that a scythe starts out as a scythe. Kronos is actually held in the form of a pocket watch that becomes As such When Lysandre rewinds the clock back three hours. Weapon Passive Abilities:
• FastForward [ E l Passive ] Whenever Lysandre goes to learn a new ability, he will see the future version of himself learning the move. This future version will notice the rift in time and thus transfer time back and forth to the old Lysandre in order for him to better understand the ability and use it sooner. (-2 to all training) • Paradox Subsection A [ C l Passive ] now like Accelerated time loop, Paradox Subsection also effects the body, but the aspects of time that flows from him as well. This allows for any time ranked ability to be pushed one rank higher. Time intake is not increased.
Weapon Activated Abilities:
• Switch [ E ] By rewinding the pocketwatch back three hours, time flows around the watch causing it to shift into its true scythe form. • Chrono Intake [ C ] By opening the pocketwatch and turning the time forward a whole hour, Lysandre will absorb 15 minutes from the area around hi, • Rift Slash [ B ] With Kronos in weapon form, Lysandre will slash the air in front of him, sucking in whatever attack is sent forward at him into it. The rift is then closed and can be opened behind the person who sent the attack. This attack as long as it is the same rank or below
