Nina looked at the Jounin that showed her the Katon: Ichi Jutsu and nodded "Lets keep the ball rolling." She knew that those two people would be her rivals regardless, so should have to work her hardest to make things for herself.

Kirigakure Nin ※ Hyouton ※ Frost Ninja  [Substitution 1/2]
The substituion technique, or the Kawari no Jutsu was used for many creative methods primarily that of escape and evasive action. Akira had known this all along but until now he had never had to attempt the jutsu for himself. The Mizukage made the technique look so simple, in fact he did more than that in also making it feel so simple in the young Akira's mind. "Do you know what my goal is...Kit?" Akira's hands slowly came together before his chest, his fingers began to weave the seal necessary for the technique. "I'm going to be the head of the Seven Swordsman of the Mist, and then you're going to give up the title of Mizukage to me when you're an old tired man." The young boy's voice expressed his deep ambition as he applied chakra to the technique. However having not truly grasped the concept the jtsu failed resulting only in him moving a short distance away and leaving a faint cloud of smoke in his wake. The aspiring shinobi only smiled at the result.
[Substituion 2/2]
Referring back to his previous statements, with a chuckle he further stated. "It is for those reasons that I will never give up...besides, Success is just Failure turned inside out." As he spoke the words, he once again pressed his fingers togetehr to form the seal. The chakra churned in his body as he applied it to the technique, his body was engulfed in the smoke cloud once again. The calm gentle breeze cleared the smoke leaving behind an Akira clone, prefectly formed and with a grin on its face. Akira himself stood behind Kit with his back to teh mizukage's and his arms folded and his head down. His eyes were clsoed and he had a smile on his face. "Akira Mizu...but one day the shinobi world will know me as the Frost Ninja of the Hidden Mist. So chill, kick back and witness the greatest ninja in history be born." the boy's ambition was now more apparent than ever, he had a drive a motive unlike any otehr. his confidence in his abilities and growing skillset could have easily caused him to be mistaken for a cocky little kid with selfish desires, but this was not the case. SOmeting was indeed special about this one.

Kit watched as Akira did the following subsitution. Seeing him progress quickly and his showful determination Kit smiled. "Finally the Clone jutsu." Making a set of handsigns Kit was ungulfed in a cloud of smoke. When the smoke cleared 20 Kit's now stood around Akira surrounding him. Snapping his fingers Kit dispelled the clones and they vansihed with a puff. "Go ahead."

(My RPC doesnt know fire jutsu so the NPC will have to remain, since she already learned the three basic i cant make her learn something i dont know ^^. But i will give her a final test when she learns the elemental jutsu to take the test.)

(I dont exactly like using scrols to teach cuz its like self learning a jutsu....I give them the scroll and they learn it....kinda dont like that style but i could do it)

The Jounin watched as the young Uchiha girl preformed the basic fire jutsu. "Next is Katon, Fire shuriken jutsu." Removing a shuriken from her pouch the Jounin threw it at a nearby dummy. Making handsigns she then blew a small amount of fire towards her shuriken. As it flew through the air it burst into flames as it barreled towards then dummy. Collidsing with the dummy the fire coated shuriken periced the hard wood.

"I think that I can handle this." She laughed and watched carefully. She didn't want to miss a thing, weapons was kinda her thing...she thought that thsi would be easy for her to get.

(Well in order to learn a jutsu you have to RP yourself learning it. this way someone cant just say they know the most powerful jutsu out tere. That is called autoing and is highly frowned upon. All it is is two posts with about a paragraph of detail and type yourrself learning the juts and then yuo learn it. YThe higher the jutsu rank the more posts and more words needed to learn it.)
