As for the Kitsune, they are all directly linked to Verius, and have ties to Belius, depending on the roleplay they are used in.
Offspring, one might say, in the terminology that Verius would equal Inari as the mother of kitsune, and the Suzurei would be those initial offspring.
However, most of my Suzurei are completely misled. Fye with his alter ego's being the prime example. The "leader" of the Suzurei I had introduced in one of these threads who soon disappeared was just about the most misled of them all, believing firmly that Fye's darkness and light were a result of his clash with a demon, where as Fye merely has a very versatile ability of taking on attributes of those he is with. Prolonged exposure to Azriel caused his mana to split into two sides, light and dark, where as his darker side was merely power hungry, and the lighter side at peace with everything. Should he stay with Rose longer, he would adapt to her attributes. Enhanced physical attractiveness, and abilities with the whip would soon become apparent. In further example, if Fye were to gain a relationship with Lloyd, and begin clinging to him as he does Rose and Azriel, he would develop subconscious abilities to use swords, though his body cannot imitate Exesphere based artes, so he would develop poorer versions of things like the Demon Fang. Fye being my base character, his story and development, as well as the Suzurei tribe in general, are completely patchy, I've noticed.
Basically though, they are all derived of Velius's power, considering I could take advantage of the fact that he governs the heart, as well as that his powers are never shown, beyond the ability to split the hearts of Ratatosk and Emil, and most likely mend hearts. surprised
I hope that ties the loose ends a bit.

Cool. That fits into Tales of Symphonia pretty well. ^_^ But keep in mind that if that's the case, the suzurei wouldn't have existed for very long. =3

The oldest ones would be only a couple years old. X D
Then again, that does depend on the roleplay, as some of my characters were designed outside of the realm of Verius, and are pretty old. They merely joined the ranks of the Suzurei.
I can't really explain their origins though. v -v

I like your basic character ideas, but there are a few issues I see with the profile.
First off, humans can't cast magic, even with a ring. This is proven with phantasia, however, an exsphere could allow that.
I also don't understand that a demon put the curse on your characters. Demons in TOS don't operate that way. From what is seen in the games, they simply want to either destroy mankind, or, in the sword dancer's case, fight strong people. Perhaps a rogue kitsune did this to her?
On that note, Rei, where do the kitsune fit into Tales of Symphonia? I like the idea, but I don't know where they came from. Did they have something to do with Verius?
Back to the task at hand...I'm a little confused on why this collar your character simply finds on the forest floor. Shouldn't something like that be given to her or at least have a reason for being there? Thanks for bringing up some flaws. ^.^; It's my first time doing a profile like this so bear with me. I was thinking on maybe a rogue kitsune did that to her, if that's alright. As for the collar, I was thinking of a reason for it being there, but better yet, I'll take that out. 3nodding
