Hm...thats a hard one....I guess shin splints were one of the worst.
Your over working yourself. Trust me I know what your going though. I did the same thing last year.

^ My parents never yell at me. Not even when I still lived with them (okay, maybe like.. five times in total.) Plus I live on my own, so they have no right to, either.
