John got to his feet, stretching slightly.
Cypher gave them a quick nod.

Nodding, she turned her back on Cypher for the first time, giving John her attention. "Don't you think the others will become suspicious if we start gathering pups to our section of the meadow?"

At this John's tail gave a wag.
"And want to have a lot of friends..."
Cypher took the moment to look around more, waiting for the two to be finished their conversation.

"Right...." Jane sighed, shaking her head. She would have to think of an excuse for that when the time came, but for now, it wasn't much of an issue. "Beware of our neigbors Cypher, they may not treat you so kindly."
