He may be a Special Jounin, but remember: Experience is not power. Simply the fact that he's Eighteen years old tells that he just turned into an Adult. You need to be wise, collected to call yourself Experienced. A Genin Konaga could be more experienced than Havik, or Sai could/maybe is more experienced than Kenzo. Simply for the fact that their history told them to resist pain, and by doing so in such a young age you will evolve quickly.
Please explain what you meant in the last paragraph, I didn't understand.

I know Havik is ill experienced, but he doesn't, a squad will help teach him that, and so will some of the story stuff I will do, but so far all he has been asked to do is know how to fight, and that he is really good at. So to him he is doing pretty damned well, weather he is to other people doesn't really concern him, (Excluding Kenzo since he is the only Havik see's as a superior.)
I meant that Kenzo doesn't know Havik will be the rock kage, and seems a bit odd Havik would be not given a squad because of it. If you worried about them going to rock with me don't be, I have said before that Havik will stay loyal to sand, and not wanting to ruin the surprise I rather keep things secret, but Kenzo, and some other Sand nin if things line up will be a big part in Iwa's resurrection.

Azn Shadow Specz ((Not to be a d**k but... You're a genin. You don't even know your second chakra affinity or anything about that. Of course you'll know somewhat about your first one but that's it. Same thing with the Demons (Separate topic), if you're a genin you shouldn't know everything about it as you should still be trying to learn what it is and how to control it. I have seen this throughout the guild and it's irking me. Anyways that's my small rant about getting in character. ))
Haseo has also known for a little more than a year about his Demon, and has only reticently (A few posts ago, yesterday in Rp time.) Came to learning to controlling, and interacting with the Nibi.
Just thought you would like to know those little tid bits of info.

Meh, no worry's I have seen far worse out burst on small matters that are of no real consequence to the Rp.
I have seen people quite a guild because they couldn't have a fighting style with no taijutsu techniques... It was... odd.

eh, saw you guys talking about squads, and i figured i might as well put my input into it.
from how it looks, we're gonna have two sensei's (Havik and Kenzo)
Kenzo (Hachibi, Taijutsu, Fuuton)

ok, since there are 8 genin, each sensei gets 4 students. also, from what Critisizer said, another konaga is joining Sand, so that makes 9 genin in all. since Kenzo is the kage, it would probably be better if he had less students, so i'm going to say Havik has 5, Kenzo has 4.
Havik already said he wants Haseo, so he goes there.
Havik:
- Haseo
since Lance is a Konaga, and Kenzo said the Konaga's should stick together, they will be in the same squad. still, since Kenzo is wiser and more experienced, he should probably have both the Konagas, so he could handle them in case they go all rage and stuff (no offense Havik)
Kenzo
- Lance
- Other Konaga
medics are important, and since Havik's squad has more people, the medic should probably go there.
Havik
- Haseo
- Namaewa
we have two uchihas, so one should probably go to each squad.
Kenzo
- Lance
- Other Konaga
- Rai or Takasugi
Havik
- Haseo
- Namaewa
- Rai or Takasugi
that leaves Hyouzou, Shigure, and Cory. assuming that Shigure is still going to be active, he should probably go to Havik's squad, since Kenzo's squad doesn't have a close combat fighter yet. also, since Cory is more genjutsu orientated more than Hyouzou, who is also trying to strive in taijutsu, he should probably go with Kenzo's squad, who uses more genjutsu than Havik. Hyouzou can learn taijutsu from Havik.
so, the final list will look like
Kenzo (Hachibi, Taijutsu, Fuuton)
- Lance (Konaga, Weapon Master, Raiton, Katon)
- Other Konaga (???)
- Rai or Takasugi (Uchiha, Genjutsu or Ninjutsu, Katon)
- Cory (Ippukuton, Genjutsu, Katon)

- Haseo (Nibi, Samurai, Doton, Katon)
- Namaewa (Wangetsu Lunar Bloodline, Medic, Suiton)

since Kenzo has fuuton, he should have more katon users, because fuuton powers katon. same thing with Havik, since suiton powers doton.
Strengths: each team has a genjutsu user, a taijutsu user, and a weapon specialist. also, each sensei is a jinchuuriki.
Weaknesses: we don't have enough variety. only one fuuton user, one raiton user, two doton users. the rest are katon or suiton. also, we have three uchihas. and 4 genjutsu users and 2 Weapon Masters. that might be a problem, but eh.

EDIT: Actually I have 4 more friends coming. 1 is approved, 3 are on the way. So now we'll have 2 girls in Suna biggrin

It is a good chart, but Kenzo should have more students, because he is the Kage, his training isn't over, but mine is still starting compared to his. Kenzo can also teach a higher variety.
Squads will probably be selected by mission parameters, and not strict squads due to the simple fact that Sand is famous for not having a bunch of shinobi, so to compensate for it everyone learns everyone's ability's, and learns to work well in a vast majority of different groups.
I think it would be best if Kenzo teaches a large bulk of students, and lets Havik only teach a few. Reason being one, Crit want to teach a bunch of people, two Kenzo thinks Havik is still ill experienced and thus wont trust his with a big squad, not until he proves himself, and lastly the large group Kenzo teaches will learn to work in a large assortment of ways, making mismatching squads easier to do.
Havik will of course do anything that Kenzo instructs him to do, of course the more students Havik gets the more frantic, and crazy he will be (Will have fun Rping that.) until he gets a handle on things.
Even though Havik is a Host he hasn't had a super eventful life, aside from the Gobi attack he hasn't even been in a really bad battle, Haseo was the closest thing to one and Havik mostly just got hit a couple time while trying to make sure no Genin got hurt, so Kenzo's hesitation on giving Havik a full blown squad is responsible, but I am not sure no squad at all is possible, near 10 students is a lot of work.

I had the idea of having genin squad leaders since there was not enough high ranks to accompany them on missions. You know, the group would pick a leader to lead to them and thus building a more tighter bond.
