That's really good, although the lighting is somewhat strange considering how little is being given off the orb in the background (could be moon or sun). Especially around the nose/mouth area.
I know I couldn't draw like that even if I tried.
Also, why can't they just make a plane old black panther?! What are those crappy feather things? It's practically an oxymoron to make it a cat with feathers like a bird. (I'm talking about the item named "Ancient Defender".

I would just like to say, the SRP we are doing/did is the most fun I've had in this guild since, needs to happen wayyyyyy more often.
