Actually, I'm probably not going to allow anyone that hasn't already applied to come to Mist until Sand gets more people. Once they get 8-10 more ninja, then Leaf and Mist will open up for more applications me thinks. Totally just cried when I saw that Q_Q I didn't apply...

If you can convince others to join Sand and go out and advertise TUP, you'll be able to come to Mist in no time. I think we'd be happy if it could manage to get 6 more tbh, and then we can work on keeping the villages semi-balanced from that point on.

So, apparently Shay is in Georgia, and it so happens that she is in fact, sitting at the computer next to me... I have come to find out, that she is very very little. Oh, and a destroyer of worlds.
