 "I'm tempted to visit if I don't hear word from Lella soon... I'll give her a chance first, but..." Tenshi added hastily, not much relishing the idea of going there. He was incredibly technophobic and hated the place.

"Sheesh..." Six said, trying to wrap her head around the weird things she'd learned today before glancing up at the sky peeking through the forest canape and remembering the time, "Oh, shoot! It isn't--damnit, Mom is gonna kill me--I'm supposed to be getting ready for tomorrow!" The girl gave them a quick wave and added "I'm sorry, I hope Kami comes home tonight!" before darting off through the forest at full speed.

"Thanks... See you around!" Tenshi watched her go with a smile, before deciding to go home, too. He tried to take Velia's hand but she was having none of it.

Laulella ported in with Oukami in tow, just behind a building near the village square. The pair walked out into the village square.

 "Erm. Anyway. You know your way home from here, right? I'm gonna go back to Bristan, it was great to see you... I'll see you soon, right?" "... You not coming with me...?" Oukami asked quietly, clearly afraid of getting yelled at. Laulella relented, and went with him.

 Velia opened the door to Oukami, Laulella standing behind him. She threw her arms around her son, almost in tears."OUKAMI! You're... They didn't hurt you, did they?" Oukami shook his head."You're lucky. Never do that again"

 Over in the center of town preparations for the festival were in full swing. Six and a few of the other music students had been singled out to perform a few numbers as part of the celebration, and she had been practicing for much of the morning already. After they had been asked to get into their uniforms she had taken a seat heavily in one of the chairs set out before the performance area, looking to her friend and scratching at her vest. "These things're so itchy!" The redhead complained, adding "And they're too hot, this is the last time I do well in cla--" " Sixsipita!" Her teacher scolded, causing the girl to jump and look at them, " Enough, this is an honor, don't treat it like a chore." The girl crossed her arms, sinking into her chair a bit and frowning as she grumpily muttered "Like I'm the only one who thinks it's a chore," under her breath, "Maybe if we didn't have to wake up so early..."

Velia walked out to find Tenshi, who was currently winding vines around a phallic statue in the village square. She was looking around and walked over to the teacher, Oukami and Laulella in tow, with a little smile on her face."He's safe" She announced.

"Heeey, is that Kami?" Six asked, grinning as she straightened up and then got to her feet to approach the group, "Yay, you're not a pet after all!"

"Just that you got kidnapped by a human girl," Six said, grinning and about to point out how amusing this was to her when she noticed a rather unpleasant look from Velia and clammed up, taking a step back and laughing nervously, "Well uh, good to see you!" Six clapped a hand on his back and then turned away, heaving a small sigh and kicking herself internally. She was never going to win Velia over this way.

Six turned back to them, "Oh yeah? Oh, well uh, that isn't what I heard but sure, that works too..." She scratched the back of her head, tail swishing awkwardly a bit as she ran out of things to say and began to feel like an a**.
