After training for a few hours... KArth got bored and just flew back up to base, he wasnt really into his new mech, "guess its time to take this apart and start from scratch." he said to himself.
he got out of his mecha, took Shinigami out and trashed his new mecha..."It couldve been alot better..." he thought.

It was time for a new mech... a mech built for speed for on the ground, and in the air... Karth thought.
he entered his guarage and began constructing immidately.
to become the best i must create... i must show my superiority, then i will take over the Union... it will be me who is the leader, i will control everything... and the Federation will be no more...

Karth walked out of his gaurage and started walking down the halls. He came to a surtain womans dorm room. he knocked on the door. "Captain Riza... My i have a word with you..."

"yes... my name is Master General KArth... I was looking at your stats and records in battle, when you use your mecha to battle... See i rarely get to do much on my spare time, and since i can pretty much oder you around, i challenge you to a one-on-one mecha Duel. If you are interested, please meat me at these coordinates," he handed her a buisness card with the coordinates."...I have a new mech model i am wanting to test out. Meet me there in about a day at 1400 hours..." he started walking, heading off to his guarge to finish his mew mech model. he waved a he walked away.

But Riza DID want to use her mech. It had been a while.
