Gizmo proudly ran back to Kofuku, who gave him a proud grin and patted him on the head. As Atlas pleaded to them, preaching about them being on the wrong team, Kofuku cupped her hands around her mouth and yelled out as loud as she could. "YOUR MOM'S ON THE WRONG TEAM!"
She then turned her attention to Faleen. "Seriously, girl, you're ok, right? Cuz I will carry you right now up to the infirmary if I have to....."

Umbreon returned to her, panting but standing, glaring at the breaking machine. Shuppet spun into view next to Faleen's head "Shup shup!"
Faleen listened to the pathetic pleading, his attempts to try and convince them that they were making a mistake, once again trying to bring down what Rocket was.
no real purpose? no real leader? HAH. he clearly didn't know Team Rocket.
this made her laugh.
looking over at Kofuku.
"no no. Kofuku, I'm okay" she chucked,

 Akemi gave her Charizard a pat of approval before withdrawing it. Atlas's mecha was now rendered pretty much unusable, so the girl thought it best to let her pokémon rest after working so hard for her. She felt truly relieved to know that it wasn't out of hatred that Hikari misbehaved. The Grunt then turned her attention back on their party pooper.
When Atlas began to speak, a scowl spread on the girl's usually gentle face, her pale face looking rather ominous. "Tch.. What a joke. He just doesn't know when to give up. And besides, wasn't it a new leader that revived the Team anyhow..?" she thought out loud, turning to look at TRP and Seth - the two obviously knew the most.

Trying to get up was a fresh kind of failure: Teil managed to push herself up before the cut across her shoulderblades forced her back down again. The Trainee's breath hissed as she tried to stifle her pain."You're old school, Galactic. Your info's way out of date." Tiel frowned at the mecha. "Rockets are going to be stronger than you can believe, and Giovanni is old news." It was half to herself, and half aloud - over the clamor of the others, who could tell who could hear whom?
Rebar, darted down from the failing mecha, slid beneath her trainer's chin. Her tail lifted and wagged as she tried her best to support Teillo's weight. "Ee... veeeeeee!" Woman down, the Pokemon cried. Woman down, people!

Atlas snorted at Akemi in disgust, "You're all deluding yourselves. Team Rocket has no new boss. I've done my research.. nobody has ever seen him. Nobody. Have any of you seen him?" He paused a moment and coughed as smoke started to seep into the cockpit of the mecha, "If Team Rocket had a new boss somebody would have seen him by now. This is the reason Team Rocket is doomed to fail again and again.. you're an ekans with its head cut off.. you're following the whims of a group of idiots just lying to you.."
TRP glared up at the mecha, eyes narrowed. Was Atlas really suggesting that the Executive Agents were the real heads of Team Rocket.. and that the new boss they'd never seen never actually existed?
As much as she hated to admit it.. there was nothing to disprove this theory. Even Seth and she had never met the boss. Nobody except the Execs were allowed to see him. She didn't even know his name...
As this thought crossed TRP's mind some of the gathered Rockets might spot her furrowed brow.
No. It couldn't be true. The last time Team Rocket came back four executives drove the team to failure.. but this time was different.. they had a new leader. The executives weren't in charge and their boss couldn't be a lie..
"You're wrong!"

Heal landed besides his trainer, who was staring with distaste at the galactic member. "...." The mute grabbed a rock and gave it to the mewtwo before tapping his forehead.
Heal grinned and tried to send the rock to hit Atlas square on the forehead.

Seeing Yasu as injured as he was, Zach's anger only grew, and now that the mecha was out of commission... Zach tried again to get at the Galactic member, he went after him, with the intent of getting to where he was and punching him in the face. "Whether what you say is true or not, I would rather die than joining the likes of Team Galactic! I would see your entire team go up in flames if I had my way!"

Finally the battle was over and the Galactic guy was defeated! Leonard recalled Seance, she'd be tired after fighting the whole time. But he kept Brick out, just in case.
"We don't need Giovanni!" To be honest, he wasn't even in Team Rocket when he was around, so he wouldn't know what so great about him. "You saw that we kicked your a** without him! And we don't need Team Galactic either! So you can go back to that icy dump that's Sinnoh and tell your boss that we said no!"

She eyed the mech, frowning, she had questions, remarks, but she didn't yell out to it.
honestly, it didn't care what he thought, it didn't care to Faleen if there was a boss or not... well... more like she didn't want to think about it. she didn't believe this Atlas.
She was a grunt, and she was going to do what any higher up told her. she would follow TRP and Seth if there was no other boss.
"We're a Team!" she finally called out to him "don't think your going to change that!"
Perhaps she didn't know the extent of what this meant.

Oh, this guy was just really starting to piss Kofuku off. "You'd be better off talking to a brick wall, you idiot! Get lost!" Reaching down, she grabbed a smaller piece of the metal debris around her and threw it at Atlas. "We're Team Rocket, and there's no way in a billion years we'll ever change! And we don't need to see a pokemon to know it exists, so why should we have to see our boss to know he exists as well!"

"Let him go back? Why do that, we should take him prisoner and rout out his information. His team has pokemon, we should steal them. For the glory of team rocket, we should stop those who dare oppose us out of existence." He was not letting this little fish get away. Not with the knowledge of the headquarters.

for once Panther... had a point.
he knew where they were. they could not let him tell the others. not to mention she wanted to get her hands on that mech.
but on the other hand... would others come looking for him?

Now that the adrenaline rush was over, the pain from the blow she'd got earlier made Akemi cringe. Placing a hand on her side, she listened to Atlas speak, and then turned to the Elites again, not wanting to believe what the man had just said. It couldn't be true. There was just no way. But.. since no one had seen the Boss..
"LIES!" Akemi screamed then, unable to control her growing anger with her heart racing and pain blurring her rational mind. In an instant, Hikari was by her side again, and she hopped onto the Charizard's back as it took up into the air, landing on top of the maimed mecha with a thud.
"Do you seriously think we would believe that, from you?" she hissed then, loud enough for the rest of the Rockets around to hear, her tone completely out of character for the tiny girl. "Do you think we'll listen to your lies and accept them as the truth? You're just trying to spread doubt in us!" Her eyes had welled up at that point. She was ready to kill the man if given the chance, at the slightest provocation.

As the mecha fell Switch rose up on his haunches, cheeks sparking with another electric charge. He didn't release it yet; it was down, but not out.
The air around Rebar grew cold as Nemerle approached, threading her way across the sand. The Glaceon huffed at Teillo, giving her a look, then waved her tail at the Eevee and disappeared into the crowd. Stay here.
"Y'know, I'm pretty sure we have a leader," Hayes said conversationally to the Rocket beside him, as Alphard floated back down to the blond. "Hayes!"

Atlas was still protected inside the ragged cockpit of the mecha, which barely shielded him from the debris being thrown at him and the furious Charizard just outside.
"Why won't you listen to me! Don't you care that your boss doesn't exist??"
