 Ignoring the pleas of help from his friends he said, "I can't let you get involved. That's that." He left, ignoring his friends. "I can't let you.... get hurt." He left, not coming back.

 Rei folded her arms, eyes narrowing."As if your going alone and getting injured would do us any better. Foolish boy..."She had her moments, but right now she was just being stubborn. She followed along behind Zane at normal speed, not caring whether he saw her or not. She glanced once or twice over her shoulder to see Kiriko, who she assumed was also as set in this as she was.

Hearing Rei's muttering, she agreed. Seeing the questioning look sent back at her, she assumed the Rei was asking whether she would be helping or not. Nodding, she caught up with Rei, falling into step with her behind Zane.

 After several minutes of silent trailing, Rei finally spoke."So...any plans on what to do if we actually meet this brother of his?" she asked softly, allowing the distance between herself and Zane to increase."I saw him earlier and he...might be as bad as he sounds, or worse," she said reluctantly.
Gung-ho as she was, she was not going to be stupid about this.

"Well, I've never seen him, but in my experience, nothing can't be handled. I plan on talking to him first. Then if something happens, I guess we'll just have to protect Zane. And in the worst case senario, I can always call Nina. I prefer to go with the flow, observe the situation." Blushing slightly, she added, "And thank you for trusting me. Even though no one really knows me here." She was happy that she got accepted so easily here. Many people waved her off as anoying when they first met her, not that Kiriko had ever given up because of that.

She nodded, her expression unsmiling but still friendly."Of course. It is better to have allies than enemies, according to my thinking anyway."
"If only others would start to trust me," Rei muttered the last part under her breath, feeling gloomy again.
Her thoughts went back to Luna and Zane, who were even now keeping things to themselves.
'Maybe I'm just paranoid, it's still none of my business....'

Seeing Rei's downcast face and hearing her muttering, Kiriko patted Rei lightly on the back. "Don't worry, its not that they don't trust you, its that your a precious enough friend that they don't want you hurt. They don't want you to get involved with a personal problem that would only make your life harder. They either don't understand that it hurts you even more not to tell them anything, or do know how it feels but still decide not to say anything. But you need to understand that its their way of protecting you," Kiriko explained while smiling. "So cheer up! If you truly want to help them, then you'll have to show your friends that you will stick by, support and help them whenever they need it."

Brandon left for a moment he hid somewhere and changed into his anbu black op gear,he flash stepped quickly passing by everyone following the man with the weird expression that came to bother them earlier

The side of her mouth lifted ever so slightly."Ah, they'll soon learn how hard-headed I am. I didn't make it to this school on my own for no reason. And now--"
"Agh, where did Zane go??"Rei had been so preoccupied with her brooding and self-pity that she had lost sight of him. Her large ears twisted around, but to no avail; he was long gone. She kicked an innocent park bench in frustration."Dangit!"

Kiriko also looked around. To Rei, she said, "I would have flied around and looked for him, but I think we should let him be to think about his situation. Do you know which dorm he's in? We could meet up with Luna and the others, or go alone, and visit him tomorrow. "

Kiriko smiled. "Then don't worry about it. I'm sure I can find it myself. I have a good nose. You know, why don't we drop by his dorm and slip a note to tell him we'll be coming tomorrow? And if you need to, I can help you find your dorm. This place is pretty big. I can see how many people would get lost."

My nose is no good here, too many conflicting magicks crashing into each other."She sniffled, sounding like somebody with allergies."But, on a brighter note, I at least know that my room number is 194."Rei seemed pleased that she could at least be some help, however little it was.

Kiriko laughed a bit. "Unfortunarly, I don't know this school very well either, so the dorm number didn't really help, but its nice to know for the future. For now, its up to my nose! Follow me. We'll go by Zanes first and give him the note, then I'll drop you off at your dorm. Lets go!"
