Roatsu turned back to his training and just thought about jutsu to perform. He looked at a scroll that the academy provided for him and saw a useful jutsu. He didn't like that it caused pain, but it was good for defense. Roatsu lifted his arm and flicked his hand to the ground, sending a small splash of sweat at the ground.
[1/1] Trick of Water Learned
Roatsu looked at the scroll again and found of fun little trick jutsu that would be good to learn. He could created a mirror on water. Roatsu focused his chakra into the water and magnified its reflective properties so that the surface became a perfect mirror. Roatsu then used this new mirror to check out his image. He adjusted his hair a bit and examined his face for any imperfections.

Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water)

Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.
Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique)

Description:A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.

Roatsu looked over the scroll for a few more simple techniques. One of them was a neat trick that he liked. Roatsu gathered fluids into his mouth and increased the volume as he spat it out at a tree. It was simple, but not all the effective.

Roatsu then dunked his hands into the water he was next to and felt the chilling wetness of it. He focused his chakra through the water and caused it to solidify in his palms. As he pulled his hands away from the pond, the water took the shape of a katana. It was sharp and durable as if it were made out of real steel, but Roatsu wasn't interested in using it for offensive purposes at all. He hated violence.

Description:A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.
Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Rank: E to A
Description:Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Katsumi sat for a moment and tried another jutsu, she though about the 'Boil Release'. She remembered that it was nothing to fool around with, she sat for a moment and the acidic steam cleared. She stood up and shot a stream of acidic liquid, on contact with the ground it created more and more steam "Yes!" She exclaimed throughout the training hall, she did the release handsign and thew acidity of the mist lowered. She was happy, but she wanted to know what the man was doing. She walked to the entrance again and looked to see if her friends were still there. She walked to the doorway and leaned, she watched the man practice suiton jutsu.

Now that Roatsu was doe learning the basics, he wanted to learn something useful that would truly benefit him in the long run. One of the things that he would was the trademark of Kirigakure; the hidden mist technique. Roatsu focused his chakra and let it flow out of his body freely, creating a fine mist that filled the entire area. Vision was very low and nearly impossible to see through. It didn't last very long, though. But when it ended, Roatsu was out of sight. "You know, staring isn't very polite." Roatsu's voice came from directly behind Katsumi. He had used the cover of the mist in order to slip behind her.

Katsumi laughed and turned around, she knew her way around steam...but not a cold mist. She stood there and looked in the direction of the voice "Staring would consist of not blink and drooling...much like my friends." She was making things light, she had no reason really. She cocked her eyebrow and crossed her arms "Besides, sneaking up on a defenseless girl is impolite."

Roatsu chuckled slightly as he got close to her. "I apologize, my dear lady. Though, it is nice to get this close of a look at you. You are quite the beauty, miss." Roatsu turned away from the girl and walked back to where he was before. He perused the scroll he had in order to find something new to learn.

Katsumi leaned and looked at the man walking from her "I never said you had to leave..." She smiled and looked at the massive man, she knew that he was suiton but what more did he know. She just stood there and pulled the pin out of her hair, she just let it fall to her back. She placed the pin on her shirt and just looked at him "So...is that all the conversation were going to have or did i interrupt you?"

"Well I guess I can take a break from my training for now. Why don't you take a seat next to me? I promise you that I won't bite. Well, I won't unless you ask me to." Roatsu finished with a small wink as he looked out at the pond in front of him as he sat down on a bench, making enough room for the girl to sit with him. She was pretty and seemed like the quiet type to him. Maybe he could change that about her.

Katsumi walked over and sat quietly next to him, she was feeling unusually shy...but she needed to break that "I would say that it's safe to say you use suiton techniques." She laughed and looked around, the pond seemed so much more peaceful then the chaotic and heavy hokages office. She finally brought her gaze to the man "Katsumi Haruno."

Roatsu took the hand of the girl and brought it up to his lips. He gave her hand a gentle smooch and then set it back down. "Roatsu Keido, my dear. And, yes, I do have access to the powers of water. I've trained throughout my entire life to master the power of the nature transformation. I also have power over the winds and the earth itself." Roatsu turned away and looked at his scroll. He would need to train in every one of his elements if he wanted to connect with nature.

Chakra pool: 300  After a long nap Toshi and his little friend Anubi headed down to the Academy to get some training in little did he know that when he was to enter he would see some new faces. This was kind of cool in his book. More genin meant competition. He had to find someone to compete with. But who? Was there anyone around that could spark the interest of this young man's mind. Shredding his sholders he let it go and headed a little further way so he would disturb anyone. Looking over to Anubi he gave a slight nod lettimg him know that they were about to begin their training. But where would they start? He didn't know alot about Raiton based jutsu and what he did know he learned from books. Looks like it's time to put all that reading into good use he said.
Clapping his hands together he reached for the beginners scroll and head threw it. The first jutsu on the list was -Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)-. The jutsu was made for academy students to get them started and he could really need it. Crouching down into Anibu's face he smiled and rubbed his ears explaining what was about to happen. Okay buddy follow my lead ok he said to the wolf. Now standing face to face Toshi and Anubi both began to focus on molding their chakra. After a few silent moments of hard concentration finally a spark raised from within the both of them. Focusing on the electric chakra they created from their own, Toshi and Anubi was able to channel throughout their entire body's causing a small glow. Soon as they realized that they just accomplished their first jutsu Anubi got over excited and barked, causing the focus of chakra to be thrown of and the light to stun Toshi. After hitting the ground he was revived by Anubi licking him on the face. Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)

Roatsu didn't actually desire to learn another one of the technique from the scrolls. He knew that the secret to understanding ninjutsu was to create your own techniques with your own understanding of ninjutsu. Roatsu looked up into the sky. It was clear and sunny, but the air around was cold and there was no breeze. To begin creating this new technique, Roatsu started by sending his chakra out into the air and manipulating the breeze. He whipped up a small breeze that somehow carried in a flurry of cherry blossoms. The sight of it was spectacular and truly beautiful. Roatsu put his soul into everything he did. This just showed how pure he truly was.

Roatsu then should up and walked over to the pond. He stepped onto the surface and used chakra to keep himself afloat. He stood tall with his arms held out to his sides and felt the breeze and sniffed the air. The aroma of cherry blossoms was wafting through the air and it made Roatsu happy to have nature's beauty all around him. He was done with his enjoyment of this, though. It was time to finish his training. Roatsu focused his chakra into the air around him and magnified the power of the breeze, making it into a small gale that swirled around him. The cherry blossoms in the air encircled his body and obscured the vision of anyone looking at him. Roatsu held a palm out and let a blossom fall upon it. He blew the blossom out of his palm and then triggered the final stage of this technique. Once he did this, he forced the gale to grow more violent, his chakra giving the winds an increased cutting power. He sent the gale directly down at the pond that he was standing upon. The powerful winds slammed into it, an explosion of water and cherry blossoms being released into the air. It was a beautiful, yet deadly weapon that Roatsu had just created. The effects would leave a person battered, beaten, and cut up to an extreme, yet it would also leave them with a sweet scent of cherry blossoms. Once the explosion died out, a rain of cherry blossoms and water droplets that shone brilliantly fell all around Roatsu. "That's a small demonstration of my wind powers, my dear Katsumi."

Technique Name: One With Nature: Cherry Blossom Whirlwind

Description: Roatsu begins by calling a small breeze and mysteriously brings a small rain of cherry blossoms. The sweet scent and the beautiful sight of flowers becomes distracting to the opponent and Roatsu lets a blossom fall into his hand. He then admires it for a second before blowing it in the direction of the target. Once he does this, he manipulates the breeze and sends a powerful whirlwind at them. This whirlwind is charged with Roatsu's own chakra, giving it the wind nature's signature trait; cutting power. Blades of wind are disguised within the hail of cherry blossoms that swarm the target as the whirlwind is made. This technique can prove to be deadly as an offense, but also can allow the user to escape once the cherry blossoms obstruct the vision of the target. After the technique is done, cherry blossoms and a small breeze are left for the remainder of the battle. They have no effects other than the fact that they are pretty and they make Roatsu happy.

Katsumi smiled and looked at the multitude of cherry blossoms floating in the air "Yeah, I can really do stuff like that." She shrugged and looked at the small pool of water, she slightly manipulated it. She looked up at a cloud and sighed "I'm only really know Futton and Yougan." She looked at him, he seemed completely pleased with the fact that he was indeed...harmless.

Roatsu turned to her. He knew the names of Futton and Yougan and he was aware of what they could do. "You must learn to control a power as great as that. You should learn to commune with nature and discover the ways it can be used to create something beautiful. After all, if you don't, then you could end up hurting those you love. I never want anyone to use the power of nature to cause pain for anyone."

Katsumi looked at the man and rose from her seat "Well...you can't help what your born with. Its a chakra nature that is not necessarily for destruction but defenses." She didn't know whether to be offended or to just take it with a grain of salt, she kinda just looked at him and nodded. She wanted to demonstrate her control over the very corrosive style, but a part of her really didn't care. She channeled chakra into her finger and dipped it onto the small pool of water, it started to boil and evaporate "The Futton Style makes steam and with modifications can make an acidic mist. Steam purifies the air amongst other things." She stood up and looked at the man, having feel like she proved him wrong about the style. She decided that she needed to train more with the style before she would be completely able to prove them otherwise.
