 Mac Luminaire, Son of Erichthonius.One could only think that Mac would have have kept her from falling and he did try but the thing was that Natalia had tripped over her own feet and Mac tripped with her feet and both of them spiraled down to the floor and fell. They were alright though, somehow Mac had managed to cushion the fall for her and now he just laid there with her, smiling and laughing at what had just happened.

I'll always be...╚══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ══╝---> Natalia felt him falling too. Mac fell, next to her. The fall didn't feel as bad she she thought, then realized Mac had put his arm out to cushion the fall,'Look at him, he's even trying to cushion your fall!!' She smiled to herself, just thinking about him. Suddenly, the headache came back, worse then before,'Course...' she sighed. She carefully lifted her head up, but it hurt, so instead of getting up, she moved her head to on top of his chest. She shut her eyes, listening to his heartbeat, trying to sooth the headache on her own, which she knew wouldn't happen, but she still tried.

Mac Luminaire, Son of Erichthonius.Mac couldn't help but smile and smile wide as he saw Natalia laid her head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her, holding her close to him as he buried his face in her hair, the sweet smell of her filling him completely. He broke away from the enchantment and carefully moved her so he could carry her in his arms, craddling her close to his chest. They almost looked as if they were in their honeymoon with him carrying her like that. Mac laid her down on the bed and then looked around the room. He glanced back to Natalia. "Um, where is the ambrosia?" he asked smiling, intenting to get it for her.

I'll always be...╚══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ═══ ══╝---> The next thing she knew, Mac was cradling her in his arms. She smiled, keeping her head on his chest. He laid her carefully on the bed and she closed her eyes and, bringing her knees up to her chest, laying on her side, like a baby,"Um, where is the ambrosia?" he asked her. She thought for a couple of seconds, trying to remember where she put it. She though a little more, then remembered. At first, all her words came out mumbled and under a whisper. She cleared her throat and tried again,"Under bed.." she muttered, lifted her arm up, pointed under the bed.
She knew what she kept under the bed: The necklace, a journal, ambrosia, the letter from her mum asking her to come home, and a box filled with trinkets. The box contained two pictures, a bracelet from her birth mother, a key to god knows where ((she kept it cause it looked cool)), and fifty dollars. The one picture was of her family, her real family with her at age five, taken the day before they cut her. She didn't know why she kept it, she didn't like them at all, it was just something of her childhood. The other was of her most recent foster family. There was Atreyet in it and twelve other children. The house was hectic, but she loved them.

Mac Luminaire, Son of Erichthonius.After she answered him as loud as she could manage and even pointing for good measure, Mac kneeled down. Good thing he had asked her where it was, he had been about to look in her cabinets to see if she kept the ambrosia somewhere in there. Obviously, she was like him and prefered to keep a more inconspicous hiding place.[1] He smiled at his own thoughts. He looked under the bed and, unsurprisingly enough at this point, he found more than he had bargained for. It looked like a pirate's hidden treasure chamber in there. She not only had the ambrosia, but several more things as well. Among those things Mac recognized the necklace he himself had given to her. He grabbed the ambrosia and got out from under the bed, taking with him a journal he had found in there as well. He sat down next to Natalia and handed her the ambrosia, still looking at her as she took it as if to make sure she'd be alright. [1]Not that he had anything to hide of course.

..............►Natalia◄ looked at the ambrosia and popped some in her mouth. She made sure not to take to much, not wanting to feel any worse. After a couple seconds her headache started to diminish and disappear. She smiled a bit, relieved. She sat the rest down next to her hip, still in it's bag. She shut her eyes for a bit, taking his hand in hers, lacing her fingers in his.
... After a minute, she opened her eyes again. The headache was completely gone, but a new thought started to form in her head. She looked at Mac for a second, a bit confused. She reached over to the metal table that lay next to her bed, her father made it along with everything else in the room, and picked up her glasses and placed them on her face. She stared at him for a couple more seconds, then pointed to the journal,"What's that?"

Mac Luminaire, Son of Erichthonius.Mac watched as Natalia popped some of the ambrosia in her mouth, she was better and definitely looked like she felt better now. She relaxed onto the bed and laced her fingers with his, holding his hand. Mac smiled and squeezed her hand softly. Then she frowned a little in confusion and took her glasses and put them on, looking at him closely again. She said something and he heard it clearly enough, yes but he was paying more attention to her. He had barely ever seen her with her glasses on even though he perfectly knew that she used them. And he had to admit that she looked quite sexy and charming with them on. It drew his eyes to her face in a way that made him keep his eyes on her no matter what. Enough staring though, he wrenched his eyes away from her and looked down to the journal he had taken. He only held it in his hand, still closed because he couldn't open it with Natalia holding his other hand. [1] He looked at Natalia with an innocent smile. "What? This?" he showed her the journal as if it were something completely unimportant. "Oh nothing, just something that I found under there. It looked...interesting." [1] He would have to be some kind of contortionist to open her journal with only one hand. It was locked and the resulting strange movements he would have to do would undoubtly attract the attention of Natalia in a way that would make him look like he belonged in a mental asylum.

..............►Natalia◄ continued to stare at the journal for a second. She then noticed Mac was staring at her. For some reason, it was odd him staring at her. She wasn't used to it, well, she was, but not the way he was staring right now. He was staring as if he has never met her before. She then realized why he was staring,'Duh Talia, he never saw you wear your glasses before...' She wanted to face palm herself, but instead, quickly removed her glasses with her one free hand. She looked at the journal, still trying to remember what was in it, and why in the world she had kept it. There was countless ideas filling her head of what could be inside, a couple in which she didn't want Mac to see, a couple she didn't want to see herself. She though harder then remembered what it contained inside on it's pages.
... "What? This? Oh nothing, just something that I found under there. It looked...interesting." Mac claimed, pretending not to be up to anything. She knew him well enough to know when he was trying to act so innocent, and now was one of those times. She laughed a bit, then reached her hand out and carefully took the journal from his hands. It wasn't one of those,"Give it to me now I don't want you to see it" takes, more like,"Huh? I still have this? I wonder what it could be.." takes. She was interested, and, for once, she didn't really mind if Mac saw what was inside. Maybe it was the affects of the ambrosia, who knows, but she actually kind of wanted Mac to see it, as did she,"It's a journal I kept the year I was five, up to the day after the accident..." she said. She knew he knew what she was talking about, and again, surprisingly, for once, she didn't grab her side when she mentioned it.

If only she understood more why he was staring, perhaps now that they were back together she wouldn't have been so quick to discard the glasses. As it was Mac tried to stop her. "No. No, it's okay. Keep them on. I've never actually seen you with them and quite honestly, I kind of like you using them. You look...stunning." he said to her with a smile, and a gleam on his eye that made it apparent that he actually liked how she looked. She had no need to take them off. [1] He took her hand, halting her in the process of putting the glasses back where she got them. He looked at her, waiting to see what she would do,'Decisions, decisions. Glasses, no glasses. What will it be, Nat?'he thought playfully. He remarked at how much his mood had improved now that he was with her again.
...Mac looked at the journal and at Natalia. He heard what she had said about it. A journal about when she was five, up to the day of the accident. The infamous accident she had suffered long ago. Yes, Mac had no doubt what she was talking about. He watched her carefully but for once she didn't held onto her side as she always did before. Good, that was definitely an improvement. In fact, she seemed like she had no problem with him reading it or at least, she seemed extremely interested in the journal. Maybe she hadn't read it in a long time. [2]
[1] Even though she looked just as beautiful without them, of course. [2] And he couldn't blame her. She would have had no desire to read it again after the accident. Probably also the reason she didn't keep a journal after that. Still, Mac was interested in the journal's contents. He wanted to know more even though he much rather that accident had never happened to her at all. Maybe he would just keep himself to reading the other parts of the journal.
