I hated the little monster children with the knives that carve you up at the beginning of Silent Hill 1. So scary, I shut the game off!
Redead are very creepy as well.

Id say the heavan smiles from killer7, especailly when you couln't see them or made other weird noises besides their laugh

well, he didn't exactly scare me, but...
cyber-errol, from jak3. he seriously creeped me out. and the re-deads. and those skull-children things that pop out of the ground in hyrule feild (OOT) at night. I was like, 8 or 9 when I first played it, I picked a random file (the cartrage wasnt mine) was walking around and BAM!! these three skull-dragon things popped out of the ground and started attacking me. I cried and made link run as fast as his tiny legs would let him. completely scarred me. even now, I'm lightly creeped out by the things.

Wow, someone bumped up my thread. surprised
I was playing Digital Devil Story 2 for the SNES and there was the Beteluse that come up. It was so creepy. Its mouth kept moving and its beady little eyes, omg. gonk

Ok, here's another one.
You know the Dark Troopers from Metroid Prime 2? They're not paticularly tough, but MAN, they're scary.
The way the shuffle towards you, and how you can see part of their heads and it's just glowing purple.
And that flashback scene where the Troopers get killed one by one from the splinters.
Ugh.

The Dead Hand from Zelda OoT. I'm not scared off it anymore, but I still don't like the well, or the Shadow Temple. The music is kinda creepy.

Sorceress Ameneka My brother calls those "teddybears", lol. When I was letting the dog out to go to the bathroom at night, he said, "Don't let the teddybears get you." smile awww!! so cute!!

ALL the nasty enemies in resident evil series that give u heartattacks playing the game eek There is abomination freaky a** thing in EQ2 that freaks the hell out of me oh and one more..this wierd something in tomb raider legends thats really freaky...some black ghostly looking thing eek

Sae Kurosawa (bloody kimono) from Fatal Frame 2, Reika (tattoo priestess) from Fatal Frame 3, and.... Anything from Silent Hill 1 or 2.

um, the final boss of parasite eve, it was just creepy with the crawling on the ground chasing you......*shudders*
I just...I'm just a wussy when it comes to even remotely scary games....

There was this game called "D" and you played as a girl who ran around in a hospital trying to find her dad. If you got the right ending you found your dad and went home, if you got the wrong ending your dad turned into a vampire and attacked you and while the credits were rolling you got to hear him eat your BODY! gonk AAUGH Halloween!!
