Miela grinned at her friends. "I'll go first!" The first card she picked was correct, but the second one was a heart.
"I'm sorry, that's not a winning pair," the fae running the game told her. "You can play again after your friends try, though, if you'd like."

The young fae shuffled the cards and puts them back on the table.
Alex picked a card but it seemed to be a spade. The second one was a correct one but this wasn't a winning pair. "Awww, too bad" He said a bit disappointed. Sander still had to try though.
Sander now pick a pair of card but he got 2 hearts. "There's not even a winning card in this pair." Sander said and stared at them. "Ready for another round of trying?" He put the cards he picked back with the others.

Blinking as she walked around, notebook in hand, Mixi absentmindedly twirled a paw in her hair as she found herself a place to sit down. Pulling out her note book and a pencil from behind her ear, she licked the lead and tapped it against the page. Thinking to herself, she began to hum a rhythmic tune as she filled out alimerick:
At the festival to my great luck,
That was first my reaction to duck,
For my great surprise,
Behold my fair eyes,
There lay a Fae in the mud quite stuck!
Giggling to herself, she tore out the paper, folded it up and stuck it in the box that read "Limericks here" before sashaying off.

Miela waited for the fae running the game to shuffle the cards again, and then took another try. "Aw... no winning cards this time," she commented, looking at her two cards - a diamond and a spade.
((I'm trying to let your faes win one. xp ))

Pinka Thinking some random party goer had gotten a little to friendly Tohma froze up, but he quickly realized who it was "Hello Eiri, I didn't really expect to find you here.." he didn't even really know why he was there after all...
